プールサイドでBBQシステムが使えて楽しく過ごせました✨

入口がマクロッサンストリートではなく オーウェンストリート側でやや分かりにくい。エレベータがなく、駐車場や2F(日本だと3F)の移動が大変だった。 ベランダ側にあるジェットバスは素晴らしいが、電子レンジは欲しかった。Wifiは有料。Studioタイプのせいか、隣の部屋の話し声が響き、気になった。

設備、エリア、価格、清潔さ、そしてスタッフサービス。 全てにおいて感動したホテルでした。 特にスタッフの方のお声掛けがとっても爽やかで、心からくつろげるものでした。 是非もう一度リピートしたいです。

This is a really nice stay. Right on the street with all of the shops and walkable to both the beach and the marina. But, some things that may be helpful for other guests to know: reception hours are VERY limited, though reception staff are very helpful. This will impact you if you need help booking a shuttle or locking up luggage or getting change or soap for laundry. They are SUPER helpful when available, but hours are extrememly limited. No hot tub on site, the jacquizi in the unit is a bath tub. (it's a bit odd - you have to walk through the bathroom to get to the porch. The jacquizi is not on the porch, just overlooks the porch.) Also, there is not daily service, so if you need soap or anything refilled before the service, too bad so sad. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Hotpot and pop-up toaster, but no microwave. But location can't be beat.

Old hotel, but well maintained. No elevator, and a deep jetted tub for a shower that would be difficult for someone older or anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of. The room included some basic kitchen supplies which was nice. Excellent location for exploring the town or 4 mile beach. Car park was convenient

Amazing staff and great amenities

Kim and James and Amanda could not have been any more helpful. So friendly and knowledgeable. Regal is in a great location at the beach end of the main shopping strip on Macrossan Street and a short walk from Four Mile Beach. We look forward to returning.

Can park under building but parked out in street plenty of room. Safe to walk around at night. Close to great food n drinks n music entertainment. Room spacious and everything you could want. Toaster, plates, knives, forks, jug. Big spa bath n day bed on verandah overlooking beautiful pool. Great if u don't have trouble with stairs as no lifts. Even found an ice machine n pool views as you walk through foyer. Will definitely be back.

The location of the hotel was excellent right in the middle of Port Douglas can walk everywhere. The main part of the room was quite small so it felt very cramped with our luggage. The bathroom was large, and the shower was very comfortable. The one major drawback for us was that there was a lot of scares climbing up and down to the second floor. Due to our very large and full luggage, it was very difficult climbing up and down.

Never in my life have I stayed in a hotel with no housekeeping, where I was even asked to take out the trash when leaving. If the hotel had been budget-friendly, I might have understood—but given the price, this is completely ridiculous. The hotel was about 80% empty. After staying 4 days, we had to leave at 4 a.m. due to a car glitch—and had to carry our trash bags ourselves because there were no elevators to the garage. This experience was unacceptable and very frustrating.

We had a great stay at the Regal. It was very quiet during the low season so we were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves most days. Great facilities at the pool (fridge, BBQ) and the room had everything we needed (plates, bowls and cutlery, and two bath towels each plus swimming towels for the pool/beach). Excellent location, everything in walking distance. Highly recommend!

The rooms were lovely and clean pool was beautiful staff were excellent

We had a fabulous time at The Regal Port Douglas. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything you needed in it. Definitely come back again .

Nice pool

We enjoyed it stay at the Regal. The grill was great, the room had nice amenities tho sharper knives would be great. The Regal is nicely located in all directions. Thanks for the nice stay. Really loved Port Douglas and wished we had more time there. Parking was great and the hot tub looked kind of dirty

The site was on the main street walking distance to all areas and nice and quiet. Managers were very helpful. A good place to stay.

Had a great stay. In an ideal world it would have been better to have the toilet in a separate room, given the generous size of the rooms, but a minor point really. Would stay here again without hesitation

Good proximity to 4 mile beach and the centre of town. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nice pool and outdoor facilities as well. Team were very friendly and nice!

Interior dated, but very clean rooms. Great location.

Spacious room with great outdoor area and access to walkable dining and shopping areas. Only drawback was we were on the 3rd floor and had a lot of luggage and they did not have an elevator. Otherwise, everything was great.
