部屋も広く、清潔感ありました！ また、ゴールドコースト 行く時も利用したいと思います。 部屋からの眺めが最高で、海までも近く駅も近く立地も、良かったです！

部屋にゴキブリが、発生していて　食事を食べているとキッチンテ－ブルの上にゴキブリが、這っていた。 洗面所にもいて　タオルの上を這っていた。何度か駆除してほしいと要望を入れましたが、駆除してしてもらえなかった、部屋を変えてほしいと要望しても　聞き入れてもらえなかった。 自分の体の上をゴキブリが這っていた時には　さすがに　我慢の限界になり滞在がまだ3日残っていたが、エイジアンアパ－トを引払い近いホテルに移動しました。

元々予約していたホテルが閉鎖になってしまい、代替えホテルとしてこちらを用意してもらったのですが、そのおかげで最高な時間を過ごす事ができました。リビングやベランダは広くリゾート感満載で、テレビでは無料の映画を観ることができました。キッチンには最低限の物が用意されているので、調味料と食材があれば作ることができます。タオルも置いてあるし洗濯機、乾燥機も無料。トイレットペーパーも途中なくなってしまった時にスタッフの方に伝えたらもらえました。古さや汚さなどは全然感じなかったです。ただシャワーが動かなくて少し低いのと、一点に出てくる感じなので洗いづらさはあったかなと思います。立地も申し分なくサーファーズパラダイスにも歩いてすぐ行けました。3泊の滞在でしたが、とても最高な贅沢でした。ここに泊まることができてよかったです。

アメニティが使われたままの状態だった。バスルームをもう少し綺麗に掃除して欲しい。 景色やプール、立地などは最高で、とても居心地よく滞在できました！

ロケーション良い、サーファズパラダイス中心まで徒歩で行ける。 WIFI無料に最新の映画見放題のサービスは素晴らしい。 トイレットペーパーやシャンプーなどは自分で補充した。フロントが居る時間は出かけていたので。 最初間違えて地下駐車場に車を入れてしまった、鍵をもらうまでは地下に入らない方が良い、鍵が無いと地上に出れないので注意。 部屋は広く眺めも良い。

部屋はとても広くテレビも大きくとても良い部屋でした。Wi-Fiも無料で、YouTubeも見れたので長期滞在の方には嬉しいサービスだと思います。 生活する分には何も問題ないホテルでした！ ホテル周辺は歩いてすぐに中心街へも行けるし、大きいスーパーも近く、トラムの駅も近くで立地条件は完璧でした！ ただ部屋によるのかもしれませんが、虫がすごく出て赤ちゃんが居たので、その点だけ良くありませんでした。 それ以外はとても満足いくホテルでした！

Good for location n ocean view! My brothers are really love there caz go to the beach for surfing easily.We'll go back again when we travel to Goldcoast.

とても快適に過ごせました！ アパートメントタイプなので、消耗品(トイレットペーパー、アメニティなど)は自身で準備が必要ですが、ロングステイするのには最適です。施設も屋内外プール、サウナ、バーベキュープレイスを沢山使わせてもらい、とても充実した滞在期間でした。 立地もサーファーズパラダイスビーチ、スーパー、モールなどが近く、基本歩いて行ける場所になんでもあります。徒歩3分のサーファーズパラダイス駅からトラムに乗ればパシフィックフェアという大きなモールにも10分ほどで行けます！ ホテルでボディーボードがレンタルできるので、サーファーズパラダイスビーチで思う存分楽しめます！！

全般的に設備は古く、清潔感も今一だが、ロケーションはGood。 清掃中だったが、朝九時にチェックインできました。 大晦日の花火も見れて眺望も良好。 アパートメンツの前提を確認してからの宿泊をお勧めします。

オーシャンビューの最上階の部屋で眺め最高！ 洗濯機もレンジもオーブンも最低限の食器や鍋も揃っているので言うことなし！ ホテルと違っていつもの生活のようなリラックス感があり、次もアパートメントタイプに泊まりたいです。

The view from the apartment was stunning! We were 23 B. Very good set out in a 2x2 with balcony. The drains blocked up in the ensuite shower but cleared when it was off. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Perhaps limited reception hours were a bit awkward. We would stay there again though. The building is older but the facilities were good.

We stayed about 5 days, since the first day arrived there, the smoke alarm kept ringing. The whole flat is no noise and could not sleep at night because the alarm was on as well. Reported to the reception, they were nice and said would figure it out, but didn’t. It is not worth to stay there.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (App 29 D) Check in hat wunderbar geklapppt. Leider war das Reinigungsteam wohl etwas in Eile. Haare auf dem Boden, Sand in der Badewanne, Bettlaken hatte ein 20cm großes Loch.

The apartment had an unusual layout and felt more like a house, it was larger than expected, all rooms were large and the laundry was a full laundry not just a washing machine in a cupboard. It would be easy to live permanently in this place which is what I think it was initially designed for. I will definitely book here again

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at The Aegean. Initially we were given room 9A which was a nightmare. It looks as though it hasn't been updated since the early 90's and is very dusty. The ensuite had a strong bleach smell and the shower head needs replacing. The apartment is so bare it felt empty and depressing, which is quite a feat considering the area it's in. The drapes are awful, dusty/dirty and so outdated. My son couldn't breathe properly even with increasing his asthma medication. After 2 nights I spoke to reception, who were lovely and understanding. Within a couple of hours they had secured another room (room 19B) and our holiday instantly transformed to memorable (for good reasons) from the moment we walked in. The owner has done a lovely job of decorating the apartment, it feels like a home away from home. The only complaint about this apartment is that you really should put insect nets on the security doors, otherwise our stay was fantastic. We loved that is was so close to everything and the view was amazing. The indoor pool was perfect as there were a number of rainy days. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor pool as the weather wasn't warm enough but the gardens look beautiful. Thank you for a lovely stay.
