バス停からのアクセスが良い。外観や内装は品が良くて、気分が上がる。細かいデザインにまで凝っている。ホテルからは博物館や浜辺のほか、ショッピングも気軽に楽しめる。劇場も近くにある。スタッフの人はレストランの方も含めて全員親切。毎日ウェルカムデザートのカップケーキを頂き、ホテル内の豪華な図書室にはワインが置いてあり、最高でした。小さいホテルですが、客層も良く、安心して泊まれます。

立地も良く、フロントの対応も親切なものでした。建物もシックで素敵でした。

ロケーションとアールデコの雰囲気が大変良いです。天井が高く、広々しています。フロントの対応も完璧でした。建物自体が古いことは事実で、隣室の音も多少聞こえます。それを差し引いても良いホテルと思います。

ダウンタウンの中にあるので、いろいろな店が近くとても便利です。 また、街並みも歴史を感じさせるところがあり気持ちが落ち着くようでした‼️

老舗のホテルらしく、高級感がある。 ただ駐車場代が5ドルかかる、でもチェックアウト後も止めておけるので安くすむ、 歩いて行ける範囲には食事、買い物、海がそろっているので快適！

初めての海外旅行で、5つ星のホテルなので非常に楽しみにしていました。 ホテルの状態や部屋は間違いなくまた利用してみたいと感じましたが、 ただ一点部屋の電気が故障し、夜はベッドの脇の小さい明かりですごしました。 夜の8時にフロントに報告したが、待てどくらせど、部屋に来ず、1時間待って夜の9時に再度フロントに行くと、closeしており、驚きました。翌朝フロントの方に電気がつかないので、困ってましたといったら、しょうがないとの返答。 電気さえ壊れていなかったら不愉快な思いもせず、良い旅行の思い出ができたのに・・・

The room was nice and clean but the bathroom is fully tiled with no heat so it was freezing. This would be fine in summer but definitely not in winter

One of our top 5 favourite New Zealand properties. Feels like home when we return to stay. The management and staff are always friendly and efficient - the most important part of any hotel are those people. A little disappointing that they don’t serve breakfast any more - but we understand the reasons and there are lots of eateries 2-3 minutes walk away. One of the highlights was eating in that lovely breakfast room. My only real criticism is the lack of access to sport on the in room tv. We stayed on a big sports weekend so had to find a bar where we could watch it. Plan B had been to watch it on our iPad - but the internet speed was very slow and just wouldn’t handle it. A 4G hot spot on our phone was way faster. Maybe fibre hasn’t come to the Hawkes Bay yet? However, eating out and watching 2 big games with the locals was fun. But the hotel sadly missed out on our dining dollars.

It was a lovely hotel qith old fashion decor thatvwas well appointed.

My wife and I have stayed at the County 8 - 9 times since 2009. Lovely art deco style hotel. Outstanding meals (try the lamb rump). Staff are just great. Angela is just the most welcoming and friendly hotel owner you will ever meet. Hotel is in the heart of the Napier CBD and across the road from the Marine Parade. Great secure parking across the street. Unbeatable.

Excellent preservation of historic bank turned into hotel. Kept the charming Victorian elements in this Art Deco city. Excellent restaurant (Curchill) with very good wine list.

This is a centrally located hotel, with lovely elegant rooms that are warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel cafe was closed for renovations whilst I was trying. But there are plenty of alternatives within a block or two walking distance.

The manager and the cleaning staff were all super friendly and helpful. Excellent location smack bang in the main part of Napier. Parking just across the road. Tciked lots of boxes.

Beautiful hotel in centre of Napier, stayed twice before always wonderful..especially having a balcony to just relax on and the library with complimentary port.
