三度目の訪問でしたが、毎回、配慮の行き届いた対応とフレンドリーなスタッフの笑顔に癒されながら過ごしています。朝食は多種類とは言えませんが、美味しいお料理で満足できます。

３年続いての訪問でした。滞在中会う度に気持ちの良い笑顔で挨拶していただけました。お部屋やホテル全体の設備も高級感があり、かつ清潔で快適に過ごせました。色々なリクエストにもフレンドリーに快く応じていただけます。

客室は狭いながらも使いやすかった。よく清掃がされていて快適でした。ホテルの場所もよく夜の寒い中、外食にでかけるのも億劫さを感じなかった。朝食も美味しかった。 日本人のスタッフがとても親切で安心して楽しむことができました。リピートしたいホテルです。

The service from the front desk staff on arrival was excellent. The basic single room was very small and was an attic. From the first day, my body started to itch. On the night of the second day, I found out that my stomach was bitten by something, so I had asked a staff member to change my room the next day. I heard from another hotel staff that after the New Year's holiday, they checked with a professional contractor to make sure there were no bed bugs in the room. This response was professional. However, dissatisfied with the three points. First, one of the front desk staff (who works from midnight to early morning) treated me like an infected patient, although two days before arriving at this hotel, I was tested negative in Barcelona for COVID, flu or other infections. Second, after staying in the first room, my body started to itch, so I applied tick repellent spray. Other customers who might have stayed in the same room complained about it. Then, I was told to cut it out. They treated me like a troubled customer, even though my symptoms started in the first room in THIS hotel, and even the spray itself had a weak smell. Of course, I think it depends on the person's taste in smell, but my Florentine friends that the spray is almost odorless. Third, before checking out, the same person as the front desk staff when I arrived was very arrogant. She needs training in interpersonal communication. Just avoid the same room that I stayed in. The hotel is nice and convenient.

The room was not perfectly clean. There's a stray hair (that's not mine). The bath towel was is the wrong way out. The breakfast service is always excellent,although the space is so close together.

スタッフ皆、感じがよく対応も素晴らしかったです。フロントに日本人の方がいらして、日本からの旅行者としては、とても心強く、気遣ってくださったことに感謝しております。また、観光に便利な中心地であっても静かで治安もよく、総合的に素晴らしいホテルでした。

2年続いてお世話になりました。スタッフのどの方も親切でh

Staff was very friendly, hotel looked very clean, furthermore the location is amazing!

アットホームのような心安らぐホテルです。 こじんまりしていますが、ほんとう落ち着きます。 また、日本人の女性スタッフは、抜群に親切で、頼りになりました。 外国で頑張ってる女性で、 優しさのの中に今までの厳しさが、2陣でくるようでした。 皆様もフィレンツェに行かれるなら、ゴールデンタワーホテルを、宜しくです。

ホテルに辿り着くのに、迷って、少々時間がかかってしまいましたが、温かく迎えていただき、又、日本人のなみさんが、おもてなしくださり、とても快適なフィレンツェの滞在となりました。 部屋に入ると、インテリア、色彩がとても気に入りました。設備面でも、清潔で、コンディションも良く、 ゆったりできました。 朝食は、品数が豊富で、それぞれ、美味しかったです。 又訪れたいホテルです。 なみさん、色々とお世話いただき、感謝とお礼を申し上げます。

スタッフが親切で、顔を合わせる度に、気持ちよく挨拶をしてもらえたりして、安心して宿泊できた。部屋も広く、バスタブでゆっくり足を伸ばせた。朝食も美味しく、コーヒーもお部屋にテイクアウト出来た。

ローケーションもよく、部屋も清潔です。 朝食も充実していて、とても気持ちよく過ごせます。

フロント店員さんの対応が良かったです。

Everything was very good. All the people working there had excellent hospitality and were the best. Among them, the Japanese people Nami-san and GIZEL-san always greeted us with a smile and helped us in various ways, making us feel very happy and at ease during my trip to Florence with my 5-year-old grandson. We did. Also, the breakfast was very delicious and the staff were all very kind. The cleaning was perfect and I We always felt clean and comfortable. We also told our friends about this wonderful hotel. Also, please use this hotel when you come to Florence. We are really thankful to you.

ホテルも部屋も清潔感があり､キレイでアメニティなども整っており､とても良かったです。 ただシャワー・バスタブのお湯がMAX40℃にしていても少しぬるかったとこだけが残念でした。 あとは朝食がとても美味しかったです。 毎日､少しずつ違っていて､今まで行ったイタリアのホテルの中で1番でした。特にカプチーノやモッツァレラチーズは毎日食べたくなる美味しさでした。 スタッフの方も笑顔で気持ち良い対応の方ばかりでした。 またフィレンツェに訪れる際も､このホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

It was satisfied for me. Because Area is so great that is easy going any place like dowomo like that within 10 Mitsura by walking. Privacy was completely protected. So nice.
