総合評価とレビュー Hyatt Place Reno Tahoe Airport

スタッフが皆さんとても親切で良いです。フライトの欠航での延泊にも柔軟に対応してくれて感謝いたしております。

空港に近く、設備は非常に新しく快適で、従業員は非常に親切です。ただ、ホテル内のダイニングは朝食のみ対応で、昼食夕食はサービスされません。空港内で食事が出来るところも少なく、市内にも遠いのが難点です。

ホテルはこじんまりとしていて、スタッフの方は受付からシャトルバスの送迎、共用部分の掃除まで行われていて、良い意味でスタッフの方の目が行き届いていると感じました。スタッフの方は誰もが気持ちよく過ごせるようにと配慮されていて、お陰様でとてもリラックスできました。また空港から電話をすればすぐにシャトルバスで迎えに来てくれます（定期的に運行しているスタイルではありません。深夜の時間帯以外、依頼すれば常時送迎可能）ので、利便性も良いです。

空港からはホテルの無料シャトルバス送迎がありとても便利。また、ホテル内の設備も最新で、部屋も広くて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。ホテルの従業員もみんな親切で、初めてのリノ滞在でしたが、とても良い思い出が出来ました。是非みなさんにおすすめしたいホテルです。

所謂空港ホテルなのですが、空港の中にあるのではなくすこし離れているので、無料のシャトルバスが運行しています。自分は時間外れの夜遅くについたのですが、ホテルに電話したら臨時に迎えにきてくれました。お値段は高めですが、部屋は広く清潔で設備も充実しています。従業員の方もとても親切で高く評価できます。

I didn’t like the fact I had to pay for parking.

This was an excellent location, close to the airport. Very clean and staff was friendly. They also served an excellent breakfast. The only draw back was that it was not located where there was any walk ability to a store or restaurant.

We loved this place! Very friendly staff, super dog friendly and 2 mins from the airport! We were able to get a drink from the bar and enjoy the patio after a long travel day. Spacious, clean room. Very pleased with this booking.

Great stay for the night before catching our plane! Pool & hot tub was nice, easy to have dinner delivered, staff was nice and let us eat breakfast before it officially opened, and airport shuttle was quick & easy.

Great hotel for flying in and out of Reno. Shuttle service is excellent.

Quick reservation for a quick trip. Literally booked a couple hours from a spontaneous thought up excursion.
