部屋や建物はキレイです。部屋に洗濯機と乾燥機もありましたが、冷蔵庫はありませんでした。地下にレストランがあり、刺身などの和食もありました。少し走れば空港やスーパーなどにもアクセスできるので便利です。

街の中心部にあり、便利。

This place needs some serious help. Between the torn lamp shades, stained towels, broken wood trim and carpenter ants, this was less White Buffalo Club and more Red Roof Inn. On the last morning as we were packing we were chased out of our room by the fire alarm. While it was a false alarm, management wasn't the least bit prepared for such a situation. While the elevator in our building was shut off as the alarm went off, it was never put back into service. They didn't even contact us to see if we needed help getting our luggage down, we had to call. For all their hype about quality amenities and service that this place touts itself for, I'd say they pretty much failed at most of it. Of course they got our money and we did stay, not that we had a choice.

This was an amazing hotel. It is located very convenient to everything and close to the main part of town where all the restaurants and bars are located . The staff was so helpful and very friendly.

Great stay! Hotel was beautiful! We loved the rustic vibe. The staff was very polite and helpful, hotel was just two blocks from town square, and two blocks from Miller Park (Start Bus pickup). The spacious king suite was perfect for the two of us. Huge bathroom, giant closet, comfy couch, and adjustable temperature (we like it cool). We took two snowmobile tours and both companies picked us up from the front door of the hotel. Free breakfast (fresh fruit, local granola, eggs, yogurt, bagels, and beverages) in the morning from 7-10 am. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant because reservations were needed, but Uber Eats was always in the area and delivered us a few groceries from Albertsons within 30 minutes. Would stay here again!

The room itself was ok. At 6am two of our 3 mornings loud trucks dragging metal ramps yes… dragging down the drive between buildings. Bed was terrible for comfort. Icing on the cake? Despite checking online prior to booking about the restaurant and bar being open (reason we booked over other hotels with hot tubs ect) they were closed, no apologies nothing. When we asked receptionist where we might find food close by she said idk while barely looking up from scrolling on her phone. Some of the front staff was sweet. Most just scrolled their phones. When we asked for management to contact us twice, not only were they unavailable all days we were there they never called. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Bathroom was exceptional and that’s about it.

We didn’t have a balcony, but could see the ski hill from the side window very clearly.

The staff is amazing here. The restaurant is wonderful. The room could really use remodeled particularly the bathroom-tile cracked, offset and filthy looking. Didn’t even want to use the shower

All around great place to stay. Great location. Would stay there again for sure.

We loved the friendly staff. One front desk staffer lent us her hiking poles for the day since we were going up the Tetons and my wife needs some hiking support.

A beautiful property and the penthouse provided us more room than we imagined. Easily walkable to downtown, but still outside the hustle and noise of the cowboy bar scene. Only issue was many broken or worn items which should be better maintained for a room and resort at this price point. Cracked countertop, bathroom faucet not attached to sink firmly, broken antlers on wall, etc.

Our towels were not replaced for our Day 2 though requested on check in as an option. The rugs were dirty and when we checked in we were advised there was a maintenance issue with our dishwasher which we told them was not going to be used…just seemed a little haphazard…also didn’t give us check out key or parking pass.

The staff was amazing. Easy parking for being.downtown. Only negative is i stayed in a suite and the floors are thin and seemed like we had horses on the floor above. Still slept like a baby

Lovely, clean, interesting, well-equipped rooms and near the center of town!

Only compliants are they took three days to answer a pre arrival email. There was a major ceiling damage in one bedroom and the hot tub was basically unusable as the lid is waterlogged and very difficult to lift as it weighs so much once opened it had junk like styrofoam in it again from the bad lid I suppose. However those issues aside its a great location, very quiet, washer dryers in each bedroom. Overall would stay again.
