I highly recommend this place. Very accessible to the night market and pub street, near to convenient stores and foreign exchange stores, near to many food restaurants. The staff were accommodating and speaks English very well. The hotel was complete from Van transfers, to spa, swimming Pool and roof top bar. The breakfast was also delicious. :)

Hotel yang bagus dikelasnya, mulai dari doorman, receptionist, pelayan restaurant semuanya ramah dan customer oriented serta sangat membantu, kamarnya cukup baik, nyaman dan makan paginya lengkap serta enak, lokasi dekat dengan restaurant, pasar dan ada 1 objek wisata yaitu wat domnak, semua bisa ditempuh jalan kaki sekitar 5 menit dari hotel.

I am a frequent traveller. This is one of the best hotel I had stayed. From pick-up at the air-port, hotel arrival, check-in and stay, i can give it an excellent rating. The service never fell short of a 5 Stars Standards. All staffs were friendly and seem well trained. The hotel is located walking distance to night market, local & international F&B outlets. Tuk Tuk is right outside the hotel at all time. It is cheap and cost USD 1 for a ride to nearby areas. Hotel is clean and most important no unpleasant smell. Facilities were well maintained. A/C is cold with hot/cold water available 24 hours. Best service from Me. Seng Rin at front office. He seems like working all day and everyday. In conclusion, it was a great hotel and will definite recommend to my friends to stay here.

Such a 4 stars hotel with very bad breakfast. Not delicious at all. But good location nearby to HRC, pub street and night market. Wonderful customer service.

No pick up airport and advise me to hire a taxi by myself to go to hotel
