Chambre très bien, propre. Par contre personne pour le checking de la chambre. Attente de 20 min à l’accueil. Restaurant service à revoir. À peine assis on demande ce que l’on mange et si on a pas réservé une table « il aurait fallu réserver » de la part de la serveuse alors qu’il y avait presque personne dans le restaurant.

Acceuil au top, chambre très propre décoré avec goût Le personnel est très pro, souriant et très agréable Vous l’aurez compris je recommande cet hôtel très fortement !

Accueil du personnel pas agréable. Ils indiquent Hôtel avec Piscine, Sauna etc ; mais ces accès sont payants en plus de votre réservation de chambre ;et pour le prix de 25 €, ce qui n'est pas rien. C'est dommage ! Dans les chambres, aucun savon pour les mains. Très limités. Vous y aller pour dormir et rien d'autres, sinon tout est payant en sipplément.

My room was showed "occupied" in the booking system when checking in. Not ideal when checking in at 23:00 - it took almost 20 minutes to resolve the problem. I bought something from the bar when waiting - but was not offered anything. In general the hotel staff could be a little more "attentive", I waited many times when I tried to order something from the bar - and refill of breakfast items was very slow..The hotel standard is generally good - but location not very central (but close to the airport)

Super hôtel, bon petit déjeuner, j’ai testé le restaurant un soir : très bon et copieux. Chambre impeccable sauf la réception tv des chaînes Canal (sport et cinéma et c+ classique)

Equipe très professionnelle. 1h30 de spa c'est le top !!

Top Hôtel confortable

I stayed two nights at the property in question. The hotel's added value lies in its staff: extremely courteous and very welcoming. The rooms are clean and modern. On the first night, I stayed in a ground-floor room that had a sliding door, which was not very practical for separating the room from the bathroom. On the second night, the room was on an upper floor and decidedly more comfortable. The rooms are very small by American standards and lack a proper surface for suitcases. The temperatures are generally quite low, with limited options for adjusting the thermostat, which was locked. Additionally, in the room from the first night, the thermostat was positioned perpendicular to the radiator. I was told that the low temperatures are due to the country's energy policies, and I wonder how much this matters to tourists or people just passing through France.
