部屋はとても清潔で綺麗で、周辺にはレストランが多数ありとても便利でした。

立地もレストラン街にあり、ビーチに近く便利だと思います。 バスタブ付の部屋をリクエストしたのですが、シャワーのみでした。今回、一人で利用しましたが、二人利用だとスーツケースを開くのは厳しい部屋の広さだと思います。 シャワーの水圧は問題なかったのですが、お湯の温度が安定していないのと、配管の問題なのかお湯が硫黄の臭いが強かったです。拭いたタオルにその臭いが残るほどでした。 ロビーにコーヒーマシンがありますが、有料になっていました。 チェックイン前及びチェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただくことができてとても助かりました。

場所はビーチや買い物行くのにもとても便利で部屋も清潔でした。部屋にはクーラーや冷蔵庫がついていて快適でした。ただ、壁が薄く廊下での話し声が同じ部屋にいるのかと思うくらい聞こえます。４泊のうち、２泊は深夜まで音楽や話し声がうるさく、１泊は向かいの部屋で大泣きして喧嘩している女性の声がうるさくてまったく眠れませんでした。 スタッフもフレンドリーで感じよかったですが、防音対策がされないのであればおすすめできません。

部屋の中ではwifiがつながらず、部屋の入口付近でしかwifiが使えなかった。

繁華街で周りに店がたくさん！ネオン大好きな私にはぴったりの場所でした！

2泊しました。周辺ホテル対比で低価格ながら、ニースの町の中心地にあり、ビーチも徒歩数分という好立地。フロントの対応が非常に丁寧で、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりの対応などもしっかりしてました。 部屋については、冷房・冷蔵庫付きで真夏でも問題なし。wifiの接続も問題なし。 ただ、ベッドが足を向け合うかたちで縦に並んでいる不思議な配置だったことと、エアコンのにおいが少し気になったことがマイナス点。 とはいえ、総合的には非常に良かったと思います。

まわりには飲食店など多数。海も近く、徒歩圏内で観光できる所もありました。空港へ行くバス停も近く、良い立地でした。 部屋は価格の割には狭すぎず、バスタブや冷蔵庫もついていました。ポットはありませんでした。 WiFiが無料でしたが、私たちの部屋では全然つながりませんでした。 湯量は問題なし、排水も大丈夫でした。 ホテルのWiFiに頼らないなら、値段、立地ともに悪くはないです。

海に近く、空港のアクセスも便利なホテル

Absolut nära till gågata resturanger och stranden. 30 sekunder till gågata och 3 minuter till stranden. 5 min till parker och 9 minuter till 2 och 3:ans Tram/pendel/tunnelbana eller vad det nu är. Dom går bland annat till flygplatsen eller fotbollsarenan.

Clean room, location and the staff were very good. Room and bathroom were dated and in need of refurbishment, but cleanliness was excellent.

The hotel is a boutique hotel that is close to the beach and to a lively area of town that keeps through the night with restaurant lined streets. The amenities in the hotel and none existent though. No toiletries in the room, no complimentary tea or coffee. Iron is available on demand. Otherwise, the staff was courteous and helpful.

This hotel is located in an excellent spot with dining, shopping, and the beach all easily accessible. That said, the hotel rooms are very outdated with some of them having leaky tubs, inadequate phone connection to the front desk, and rather uncomfortable beds. The hotel could and should do better.

Air conditioning was very good,, bathroom was clean, breakfast was great, front desk service was great!!! We stayed in room 414 and it was slim with two twin beds but enough for two friends. Affordable and a SUPER location in the town!!! The shower is very small. The safe worked fine and the staff was friendly.

Bra utgångsläge för vandring på Nice bästa gator. Dessutom nära till havet!

The room carpet not very clean and neither drinking water of basic kettle in the room, but staff at the reception were kind and helpful and offered me a free coffee from the vendor machine.

Das Hotel hat uns gefallen, da es nah zum Strand/ Promenade und der Altstadt liegt. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Frühstück war klein, aber jede konnte etwas Leckeres für sich finden. Toll war es einen Platz zum Frühstück auf dem Balkon zu bekommen. Dennoch war nicht alles super, das Hotel hat etwas gemuffelt, das erste Zimmer war sogar ein Raucherzimmer, da mussten wir umziehen. Ausserdem sind die Gänge und das Treppenhaus sehr eng. Die Umgebung ist laut, mit offenem Fenster kann man nicht schlafen, dafür sind viele Restaurants um die Ecke.
