朝食は、自分のペースで動きたかったので、食べていません。キッチンには必要な設備が揃っていましたし、客室は2ベッドルームにダイニングキッチン、バスタブ付きのお風呂ととても広い部屋を用意していただき、一人で泊まるにはもったいないくらいでした。部屋の掃除は3日に1度とのことでしたが、部屋が広かったし自由に荷物を開けておくことができて気になりませんでした。 駅の反対方向に5分ほど行くと大きな市場があります。 またその市場の近く（バスプールの前）にお客さんが耐えないパン屋さんがあります。 トゥールーズ駅も近かったので、他の街に行くのにも便利でした。

長期滞在もリラックスして清潔で良いです。駅から、中心部へ行くのも便利です。スーパーマーケットも近くにあるし生活しやすいです。

駅からのアクセスも良いし、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。

車で行ったのですが駐車場にゆくエレベエターが壊れていてちょっと大変でした。 ギャラリーラファイエット、モノプリまで徒歩２分、立地はいいと思います。

日常生活に必要なものは全て揃っていたと思います。 まな板、ナイフ、パン用ナイフ、お皿、コップ、スプーンやフォーク、コンロ、レンジ、湯沸かしケトル、ランドリー施設などなど。 フロントの方も3名ほどお会いしましたがどなたも良い方でした。 玄関の解錠は、カードを数秒間かざさなくてはいけません。それでも開かない時は何度かありましたが、呼び出しボタンを押すと開けてくれます。 キャピトルへも徒歩圏で、斜め向かいに安いスーパーもあり、メトロもすぐなので便利です。 トゥールーズへ来た時は、また泊まりたいと思います。

Rooms were a good size with plenty of equipment. A corkscrew and wine glasses would be a welcome addition. Pool was excellent and location was good close to all of main sights in Toulouse

Half of the hotel rooms appear to face ongoing construction works in the building just opposite, with heavy drilling and banging noise starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Based on the scale of the project, it looks likely to continue for several months. My issue is not with the construction itself—these things happen and are outside the hotel’s control. My concern is how the hotel chose to handle the situation. There was no mention of the works when we booked (just 3 days before arrival), despite the fact that they significantly affect a large number of rooms. When we asked to be moved to a quieter room, we were told none were available, and the manager was unwilling to offer any discount or compensation. A situation like this can be managed by proactively informing guests before arrival, reserving some quieter rooms for affected customers where possible, or offering an appropriate adjustment to the rate. Unfortunately, none of these steps were taken. If you are planning to stay here in the coming months and value a quiet night’s sleep or a relaxing morning, I would strongly recommend considering alternative accommodation. This property was lovely and in a safe location. Easy to walk to public transport. Lots of dining in walking distance

Un séjour magnifique dans un appart’hotel très agréable. Les parties communes comme les chambres-appartements sont propres, agréables, bien conçues. Le personnel est souriant sympathique, aimable, toujours prêt à aider. La piscine et le sauna sont un réel plus après une journée chargée. 
Côté chambre, elles disposent de tous le confort : grille-apin, bouilloire, machine à café, lave-vaisselle, couverts, verres, mugs et de quoi cuisiner. Les gels douche, savons pour les mains et crème hydratantes sont de qualité.
Le matelas est très confortable et les oreillers également.
La terrasse-balcon est propre et en bon état. Le petit déjeuner est apprétissant et chaque jour quelques aliments sont changés. Bref une belle découverte, à deux pas de l’hyper centre et de la gare. Un coup de coeur même.

The kitchen was nice except for lack of glasses, what passed for a glass was very short, like a fruit cup. I was able to make coffee and prepare food and appreciated the fridge, microwave, and counter area.

Appart-hotel Clement Ader is fantastic! I stayed in a 1 BDR suite which was ideal. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable with well-equipped kitchen, very comfy bed, separate living room, good shower and large balcony. Hotel has a sauna which was lovely (also outdoor pool but it was not open during my stay). Location is ideal to walk everywhere in the city with shopping/grocery store nearby. It is also within 10 min walk from the Toulouse Matabiau train station. There is also parking available on site. Access into the hotel entrance courtyard is card-controlled so very secure. Staff were super accomodating & friendly (and speak english/french and some speak spanish & other languages). Note that there is a new hotel being built across from them so be sure to ask for a room on the front side of the hotel (one overlooking front courtyard/away from construction site).

Todo Muy bien. Muy buena ubicación! Bonito, limpio. Sólo que el baño y la regadera no tienen ventilación. El aire acondicionado no lo tenía prendido. Lo prenderían el Siguiente mes. Pero nos prestaron un ventilador y con eso fue suficiente para estar muy cómodas. Charlotte, la chica de recepción, fue nuestra mejor consejera sobre a donde ir, que visitar, etc. Súper linda, muy amable, simpática y sonriente.

Petit dej un peu cher mais varié. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et serviable! La chambre etait très propre . Emplacement top. 3 bémols: on avait demandé une chambre sur cours calme et nous avons été réveillés par des travaux sur un immeuble à côté, la douche est très mal agencée avec le au qui gicle très loin dans le rideau et enfin, nous sommes restés coincés dans le garage car la carte ouvre la porte extérieure mais pas la grille de sécurité. Bon à savoir.
