家族4人で宿泊しました。帰りのタクシーの予約も敏速にしていただきましたが、何より部屋に指輪を2つ忘れ、空港で搭乗間際に気づき、電話してもないか、送ってももらえないと諦めてました。トランジットのドバイに着くとメールが入っていて、お忘れです。送りますのでご住所教えてくださいとのこと。後日確かに受け取りました。郵送にいたるまでも、本日送付しましたなど、丁寧にメール連絡いただき本当にありがとうございました。 お部屋も快適でした。1つできれば姿見があれば助かったかなー。洗面所のかがみだけでしたので、その点だけ不便でした。 でもまた泊まりたいホテルです。

受付の女性もとても感じよく、エントランスはモダンで素敵です。 部屋は清潔感はあります。トイレの扉がﾍﾞｯﾄﾞの目の前なのですが開け閉めと鍵が不調でした。 あとはコンパクトですが、アメニティ―も充実しており、良かったです。 立地もよいです。

このホテルを選んだのは、アメニティがロクシタンだったからです。ホテルに入った瞬間、とてもいい香りがしました、ロクシタン効果でしょうか？リュクセンブール駅からホテルに行くルート上、少し汚い通りを歩き、夜には不安も感じましたが昼間は人も多く、狭いですが外見からは想像もできない、素敵な空間が中には広がっていました。フロント担当の男性はとても親切で、1聞いて10返ってくるほど。ほかの方が書いていらした、シャワー室にフックなし、ですが　滞在した部屋には4箇所ほどありました。が、スタイリッシュだったため予想と違ったところに付いてはいましたが・・・（ガラス仕切りの上の方と洗面台下部） また泊まってみたいです。

ホテルは清潔で調度品も整えられています。 レストラン等はありませんが。朝食はロビーでとることができます。 フロントはすべて英語でコミュニケーション可能であり、」全般的には満足度の高いホテルと言えます。

フロントの方もとても感じがよく、隅々まで掃除が行き届きとても清潔なホテルです。 内装もセンスが良くかわいらしいデザインです。 ただ、私たちが泊まったスーペリアの部屋は狭く、スーツケースを広げると足の踏み場もないほどで、日々増えるお土産を置いておくスペースもないほどでした。 また、SRSのリュクサンブール駅に近いのですが、メトロと違い乗り換えの駅が限られており、オペラや、シャンゼリゼ通りなどに行くのにはちょっと不便を感じ、タクシーを使う回数が多くなってしまいました。 でも、ホテルの前にあるピザ屋さんはおいしかったですよ。 お勧めのホテルです。

駅からも歩いてすぐなので、女性同士の旅行でも安心です。 お部屋は５Ｆの最上階でスーペリアに泊まりましたがとても明るく清潔で、洗練されたお部屋でした。窓からはエッフェル塔が見え夜のライトアップがとても綺麗で印象的でした。フロントの対応もとても親切で好印象でしたし、次回もまたリピしようと思います

Our rooms were nice, quiet and comfortable. The hotel location was convenient. The staff was helpful with our questions and assisted us with transportation arrangements.

Location was great, such a cute little spot. Rooms were small which we expected but loved the view. Staff were so friendly and helpful, they even let me decorate the court garden for my daughter's 16th birthday. Air conditioning could have been better, but it's Paris. Only issue was the shower was always clogged, didn't drain fast. Would definitely stay here again when in Paris.

Easy walk to the metro and attractions. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast, coffee, & water carafs nice to have.

Het was een uitzonderlijk warme periode. De airco functioneerde goed. Het bed was goed. De locatie was aantrekkelijk. Leuke wijk. Goede verbindingen. Het personeel was zeker vriendelijk en informatief. Het was echter allemaal voor een persoon van 1.85 m wat te krap. Er was een zwakke waterstraal en een veel te stugge slang naar de douchekop. Bad en douche waren minder dan 80 cm breed. Bij de ook wat kleine toiletpot ontbrak een toiletrolhouder. Dat deed wat campingachtig aan. Gezeten op het toilet waren vuilresten zichtbaar in de wasbak. Bij een meer historisch hotel met klassieke details zou dit alles aanvaardbaar zijn, maar bij een verder modern ogende badkamer was het hinderlijk en storend. De meeste internationale televisiezenders uit het pakket waren inactief. De waterfles bij ontvangst werd niet bijgevuld (zoals leek te worden toegezegd in een notitie). De gemeenschappelijke ruimten deden erg krap aan en van een eetzaal was geen sprake. Het was meer een ontbijthoekje. Geen aantrekkelijke ruimte om gebruik van de te maken derhalve.

This is a small Hotel over 4 floors maybe 12 rooms but really compact - rooms were functional but standing room only around the bed ! The hotel was contemporary and bedrooms and breakfast area were air conditioned but everything feels squashed except maybe for the reception. There was a small but bleak walled quadrangle with a couple of tables to sit outside but uninviting. It has no facilities apart from the breakfast area and a small seating area. It does offer a coffee machine / tea and an honesty box for a small offering if alcoholic drinks.The staff changed almost every day most were helpful with an exception. This is a functional and uncharming B&B and not a genuine 4 star hotel and is massively overpriced at over€300/night including local taxes which are not in the room rate. Buffet breakfast was basic with low quality croissants/pain su chocolate /baguette and a range tea bags . But overall lacked quality cereal and fruit choices. Cooked breakfast offer was scrambled egg and chipolatas which were easy to ignore. The one saving grace is location - it’s a quiet location with plenty of restaurant choices close by and within easy walking distance of the centre. Am surprised at the recommendations and inflated hotel site ratings. Cant imagine the hotel enjoys repeat visitors.
