Beautiful rooms!! Excellent customer service!!

Very well put together was very impressed with all they had me and my family will definitely be back.

We so appreciated the gentleman who worked in the Town Square who gave us a complimentary game of bowling due to it not working!

The property is very family-friendly and perfect for longer stays, but the initial cleanliness of our Signature 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa was disappointing. There were crumbs under furniture, dust on fixtures and ceiling fans, and jacuzzi jets that needed cleaning. It seemed like the room may have been vacant for a while. When I reported this to the front desk, they were very receptive and eager to address the issues, which I appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but attention to cleaning detail should be a higher priority for a luxury-style villa.

Receptionist were great. The was clean & spacious.

Don’t bother stay at the Holiday Inn Express nearby. Do not eat at the deli, the food is disgusting, the girl was on her phone easily stressed out, rude to other guests. Their sales gimmick for the time share is a joke. Avoid this place at all cost.

We had a signature room during our last stay and enjoyed it so much we rebooked it. Unfortunately the room wasn’t cleaned. There were water stains around the faucets and the toilets had rings. There was dust on the surfaces. At the premium price, we would hope for clean bathrooms to be a minimum requirement.

Everything I thought I was gonna get to do there, I didnt- except the pool...but nothing else... everything closes at 7pm when we are still out seeing the sights...and you had to pay separate for everything that was assumed to be free( bowling, putt putt, ECT )

Having a one bedroom suite with separate living area and kitchen were convenient. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. The property is pretty and well maintained. But don’t expect to come back to the property in the evening to bowl or play mini golf because they close early evening,

Great accommodations, service and amenities.

We were given a handicap room- we told then we were not happy with that and we were just blown off saying it was the last available room at the time and no attempt made to satisfy us.

I need a book to write about this place but in short form it is top of the line! I promise you getting all your money worth. I got married at the beach so we stayed here and when they heard about that it was royalty treatment the entire Time. We definitely coming back.

Property very nice, rooms are very spacious, amenities very nice. Rooms are in good Condition and clean.

Great location for frequent trips to Busch Gardens and Water Country, and the onsite amenities are fantastic and enough to keep you at the resort if that’s your preference. I loved having multiple rooms, bathrooms, and a full kitchen. It truly felt like a home away from home and made it an easy trip with kids.

Friendly staff, convenient location, clean & spacious unit with comfortable beds. Unit was a little dark and living room furniture could have been more comfy.

Friendly staff but long check-in process. They’ll spend several minutes trying to convince you to go through one of their time share sales pitches. If you can survive all that, it’s a nice place to stay.
