・ビーチはありません(12月) ・掃除は不十分でした。 ・ティッシュが補充されてなく受付に行きましたが明日まで対応できないと言われました。 ・立地はすごく便利な場所にあります。 ・施設はすごくきれいでサービスも問題ありません。

道路を挟んで海側と町側に建物があります。今回は町側の建物でしたが、トップルーフにプライベートテラス、ジャグジー付きでそこから海が見える部屋でした。メキシコに住んでいるとお風呂がないのでジャグジーはとてもよかったです。ただなぜか最初の2日間はぬるかったです。部屋の作りもよく、清潔感もあり満足度はかなり高いホテルでした。接客も申し分ありません。すぐ後ろがクラブ通りでかなりうるさかったのですが、意外にも窓を閉めると音は聞こえません。ホテル近くの海鮮系のレストランictio Fish houseで食べた生牡蠣が美味しかったです。また来る機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Fantastiskt hotell! Vänlig personal, fräscht överallt och vår lägenhet var över förväntan. Vi bodde i penthouse med 3 sovrum, vi älskade havsutsikten och vår privata terrass med jacuzzi. Rekommenderar det här hotellet varmt!

Fantastic room. Comfortable bed, piping hot powerful shower, spacious veranda and tidy kitchen area. We had a really comfortable stay at this luxury boutique hotel. Beachside bar serves a great brunch and it was nice to sit on the sand with evening drinks.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Even though it's in a busy location, once you are inside the gates of the building, it feels very exoctic and secluded. Nicest room I've ever had.

Location

The room was comfortable and spacious. It even came with a washer and dryer. We had a great view of the ocean. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to try the hot tub. Our only complaint was noise from other guests m.

Staff was great and t

We went there for my parents 50th anniversary. The elevator was broken, and my parents who were celebrating couldn't walk up the stairs. They did not have an extra room that we could trade until a few days later. Luckily my brother was staying there and we could trade with him for a few days and then they could get us a good room where the elevator was on the other side. We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed it there. It would have been nice though if they had attempted to fix the elevator once in the two weeks we were there though.

My experience with El Taj was great! We were there in September.The service, the room and its amenities were incredible. It has a private parking garage. Room was clean, we had a family condo 2 twin beds in one room and a queen in another-very comfortable beds, full kitchen and living room to relax after a long day. It is walking distance to the beach and restaurants near by. Totally recommend El Taj and we would totally choose this hotel if we visit Playa del Carmen once again. Thank you!

this was the most accomadating stay ever. the people are amazing. the room was gorgeous and the staff right on point. i cannot say enough. unfortunately my husband had a stroke while we were there. but the staff got an ambulance, got me to the hospital dailey and really helped through a trying time. i am so gratful to them. will always stay here when i am in playa del carmen

This is a great place on a quiet, quaint street right on the beach and walking distance (5 minutes) to great restaurants and cafes, shops. Both pool areas are great: the main pool is heated and right by the beach; the second pool has a relaxing vibe. The hotel has access to a gym (2 min walk) that offers great yoga classes. The staff is super friendly; special thanks to Eric for connecting us with amazing excursions guy Pedro. We had a two bedroom penthouse with a terrace. Great views from the terrace and loved the spaciousness. Overall, highly recommend.

Gorgeous grounds, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pools. Lush greenery and serene environment. Love the rooms and the balconies. Great location!

Overall it was a great experience: (+) Spacious and clean condos, friendly and helpful staffs, Beautiful view and great restaurant on the beach with fresh fish. Walking distance to main Street, public beach and stores. (-) Mosquitos mostly due to plants and season and we had wasp but it has been taken care. Condo is a bit old and ventilation is not great. No swimming beach.
