空港近くで便利です。

店員の対応が良かった

朝の早い飛行機のため宿泊しました 23時ごろまでは飛行機の音がすごくてびっくりしましたがそれだけ近いと言うことで！ 空港までの無料送迎もあり助かりました

良い点は、 比較的安く、空港まで近く、送り迎えしてくれる。バス停まで近い。アイロンがあった、布団がすごく綺麗にベッドメイクされてた。 悪い点は、 壁が薄く、隣の人の声が聞こえた。 ドアの下の隙間が大きいため、夜中、他の部屋のドア開け閉めがうるさく、眠れなかった。 コーヒーの使用済みが交換されてなかった。タオルの間に前に使った人の髪の毛が挟んであった。

It was great that there was a shuttle bus to the airport.

Smelly room and carpet. Bathroom was clean and linens bleached, so yay! Duvet was stained. It’s ok for a late night layover if you just go in, shower, sleep and go back to airport. Not something I would use otherwise. Staff was good though evening and morning staff rushed you in and out and weird! I was the only one in the shuttle going back to airport. So they weren’t busy. So…

This was great for a quick overnight as I flew in really late to Laguardia. I took a quick bus and walked 2 blocks to get here. Would stay here again if needing a place to rest my head, probably not if staying for multiple nights. It was loud (by the airport so that's to be expected)

Everything was good i didnt prefer the breakfast option but i was satisfied other than that.

The bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean.

This is not by any means a luxury place. It is quite basic. The noise from takeoffs and landings was very loud. And the clerk at check-in was pretty surly. But the room and bath were quite clean and the bed was adequate.

There was no running water from 6 am when I got up on Sunday in the entire hotel until I checked out about 9 am without using the toilet, taking a shower, or brushing my teeth. I came to NY for a wedding, and I am representing the groom's father, so I had to move to another hotel on Sunday morning. I want them to refund me my money, and hotel.com should not advertise this type of hotel.

Trying to check in and no one was at front desk. Had to wait. Got to room and used the bathroom facilities for a few minutes and then we had no water at all. Tried calling front desk many times. Gave up and went down there and found no one again. Waited and when the clerk finally arrived asked why there was no water he said there was a problem in the whole building and no one had water. It would probably be that way til the next morning but a woman who came to the desk who worked there said it would be 10 minutes. Bottom line, no water. Went to sleep at that point, used the bathroom for bodily functions and in the morning there still was no water. Breakfast was supposedly part of the package and they handed you a bag with snack items in them. Easy message, stay away from this place.

It was a good option when our flight was cancelled. Transportation to and from airport. However flights flew over every 5 min or so. Not hotels fault but hard to sleep.

Room was clean. Staff was great and friendly. Shuttle from and back to airport was amazing. The only bad part was it was extremely loud all night from the traffic and airplanes. It seemed like the walls and windows were very thin. Convenient to airport

The pricing is mostly due to the super convenience of being so close to the airport and the bus stop to the metro is less than 3mins walking distance. Now, don’t get fooled by the free breakfast because is a lovely diabetic starter snack. However is appreciated to have very cold water at the lobby to re fill your water bottles. I just felt uncomfortable of how the employees were talking about each other with me. That really made me feel uncomfortable. There is a FedEx parking structure, and as a female I voided to walk around it in the evening. If you need something within 5mins to airport and has a hot shower, then this is the place. Otherwise, down over pay. Lastly, the lest night there were some crazy people down the hallway and eve though I reported them to the front desk, nothing was done. I eventually got tired and the exhaustion made me fall asleep.

Great location. Minutes from LGA airport. The immediate surroundings did not exude safety.

TV was not even working and not even a discount was given
