La propreté des lieux + un très bon entretien quotidien de l’appartement. Aussi beaucoup de commandités dans la cuisine. Le personnel très sympathique

This hotel is lovely. This was my 3rd time staying here & it has never disappointed. The staff and everything about the hotel is excellent.

All the staff were fantastic and very helpful especially Nuno who looked after us each day at the bar. We will return in the future and also recommend to our friends

Stayed here at the end of our holiday. We had to check out of our apartment the day before we flew home so stayed here for one night. 2 bed apartment was very spacious, clean, well kitted out and nice balcony overlooking the golf course. Pool was great and breakfast was fab. Gym was good too and handy free parking. Would loved to have stayed for longer. Only problem is that it's a bit further out from the nightlife at the marina. Still loved it though

Obwohl Kommunikation wir sehr gut gefunden haben, hatten keine Lösung bei einer lauten Klimaanlage, die wir mehrmals reklamiert haben. die Wohnung ist groß und sehr schön, leider nicht ganz sauber geputzt. Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig. Der Service von Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück sind nicht genug.

The Residences apartments are good quality with large rooms and well equipped. We have stayed at the Victoria hotel before, but this was the first time in the Residences. The Residences are no longer associated with the hotel. The lack of a shuttle bus was our biggest disappointment as previously we got the shuttle into the marina and it adds €30 onto your nightly evening meal for taxis. There is a new Taverna Pizza restaurant just over the road which is very handy and we went there a couple of times. No local shops for groceries and it was 1.5km walk to the nearest supermarket. The pool was good and plenty of sun beds, but a bit chilly if you are a toe dipper! Overall it was very nice, but I think next time we would chose somewhere closer to the marina.

Nice place a few km's from Vilamoura. Car hire is essential. Apartments are lovely but starting to show their age. Area is quiet - it's a few minutes drive to nearest shop. I enjoyed my visit and will stay again.

Overall a nice property with great amenities. there were some features that were dated or simply not available. but the staff were friendly and helpful. good value for money spent. thanks

This is a joke against any 5 star hotel. At best it would be a 2 star. We visited during low season. No room service available as the service was closed Bar was also closed. Towels are old and washed out. The beds were very hard.

Room upgrade was surprise gift but several details would be required to be prepared such as the way to turn-on TV with some amenities for dish -washer or washing machine

Wonderful wonderful facility. You'll need a car. And since it was offseason, the rate was spectacular for such a beautiful place

The accommodation and views are amazing - it would be nice to come back in the summer when more things are open
