Good stay for what we needed.

We had a wedding party staying on either side of our room, who woke us up at 8am while doing a photoshoot right outside of our door. We notified the front desk that they were being very loud and probably waking up other guests. We were told that they would be leaving the area soon. For the rest of our stay until check out time, the wedding party continued their photoshoot and screaming in front of our room, and told us not to sit on our patio because we were in the way of their pictures. We notified the front desk again of the situation and were told it's not their fault what other guests do, and there's nothing they can do about it. The hotel ended up covering our restaurant bill for our stay, but overall not a great experience.

Lugar super cuidado, limpio y un personal majisimo, hemos ido con dos niñas celiacas y tenían siempre opciones sin gluten en cada comida. Perfecto familias

Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cet hotel, le personnel est gentil et a l ecoute. Le restaurant est tres bien aussi. Il change de menu tout les soirs. Je vous le conseille

Great place would stay there again

Bij aankomst was er geen kamer vrij dus moesten ze eentje voor ons boeken. Expedia heeft de reservering niet aan hen doorgezet. Wel zijn we direct geholpen door de persoon aan de balie en zijn we goed geholpen. Hotel is prima locatie prachtig personeel vriendelijk.

Schöne Anlage aber für Badeferien nicht geeignet, ist hauptsächlich ein Hotel für Hochzeiten. Die Anlage liegt außerhalb und es besteht keine Möglichkeit zu Fuß um in Restaurants zu gehen. Ohne Auto nicht möglich. Frühstück typisch italienisch… Kaffee und Kuchen. Nachtessen gut! Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!

Hôtel très bien tenu, propre et situé au calme au bord de la mer. C'est super pour se reposer. Le personnel est avenant. Petit bémol, le petit déjeuner est vraiment trop simple et pas du tout au niveau d'un 4 étoiles. Très pauvre en choix, pendant tout le séjour, il y avait exactement la même chose au même endroit. L'omelette à peine tiède voire froide, tous les matins. Aucun moyen de se baigner dans la mer. Nous avons dormi dans un iglou, c'était surprenant et bien.

Peaceful location, lovely staff, great parking area and cleanliness was on top. An amazing experience, choose the igloo rooms really pretty and gorgeous area everything top notch!

- schön angelegte, weitläufige Anlage - sehr freundliches Personal - sauber, gut organisiert - sehr schöner Blick auf das Meer - sehr gutes Restaurant - gute Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Gelände - leider kein Meerzugang mit Strand da sehr felsig - Veranstaltungsort für zahlreiche Hochzeiten auf dem angrenzenden Gelände

Hôtel parfaitement situé entouré d'un jardin superbe.personnel au petit soin. Grande piscine avec transat ombragé . Chambres avec petite cuisine équipée... ce qui est pratique . Vue extraordinaire sur la mer et l'etna . A proximité côté avec rochers pour snorkeling .

wir waren in der Nachsaison, sehr schöne große Zimmer wenn auch etwas altmodisch eingerichtet aber ruhig da wenig Gäste im Hotel waren. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und haben den Pool genossen und das Essen war sehr gut.

The staff (especially Giuseppe, one of the managers) were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome. Gorgeous locations, beautiful gardens overlooking the ocean. A bit isolated so would need a car or perfect if you just want to put your feet up and read a book.
