スタッフは親切で、部屋も綺麗でした。 冬の滞在でしたが、温水プールもスパも利用可能です。

城の目の前。 但しZTL内にあり、駐車場も無いので車ではアプローチ不可。 食事は普通でした。 SPAは別の棟にあり、バスローブでぷらぷら移動します。今回プールが利用出来ず残念でした。

ヴェローナからバスで行きました。たどり着けるか不安でしたが、バス停からすぐ近く、お城の目の前で、とてもわかりやすい場所にありました。 ホテルはテルメのプールが工事中で使用できない期間で残念でしたが、それを引き算してもとても良かったです。部屋は清潔で快適、スタッフはフロント、レストラン、スパ、皆親切でしたでした。 歩いて5分ほどのテルメにも行きましたがホテルのフロントでチケットを購入すると割引になります。泉質もよくとてもリラックスできました。

湖畔のホテルは立地と設備、サービス全て満足

とても気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。ホテル内に温泉のプール、ジャグジー、サウナがあり、ゆったりのんびり楽しめましたし、Desenzanoからの船が着く港もすぐそば、またVeronaやBresciaへのバスの停留所も徒歩2分程度と立地は最高でした。ただ、船もバスも40分～1時間に一本程度なので、時間を節約したい場合や荷物が多い時は、Desenzanoまでタクシーを利用することをオススメします。ホテルで呼んでもらうと、玄関前まで迎えにきてくれますし、所用時間は30分程度とバスより早く、料金は30ユーロでした。Desenzano駅にもタクシーがいますのでホテルに向かう場合も同様です。

Close to water and tourist attractions. Breakfast was good. Air conditioners barely worked and there were bugs everywhere.

Parking was challenging to get set up but worked well. Allow 2 extra hours to park and arrive to your room. Sirmione is crowded so staying in the historic center is a great way to see it early and late in the day. You’re at a resort. Mid day is best spent in the thermal bath or exploring the area off site. Local wine tours. We went to Zenata and it was a great tour for visitors with prior knowledge of the whole wine experience.

Hotellet virket litt gammelt og kunne trengt en oppgradering. Det ble valgt pga basseng. Dessverre var bassenget oppvarmet og med 35 grader i lufta var det ikke behagelig med 35 grader i bassenget også. Kunne ikke bruke bassengområde etter utskjekking avreisedag. Når en må sjekke ut kl 11 og ikke skal reise før om kvelden var dette skuffende. Ville ikke valgt dette hotellet igjen

Beautiful hotel inside the old fortress. Parking is outside but a shuttle works fine. Nice beds, god breakfast and in the middle of the old town with lots of resturants and others

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sirmione Terme. The location on the lake is absolutely perfect — peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a relaxing retreat after exploring the area. The staff were genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay feel special. The overall service was excellent from start to finish. And the breakfast was fantastic — fresh, delicious, and full of great options each morning. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Sirmione is so beautiful. The hotel has a patio right on the waterfront. The whole atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and drinks. Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed our stay so much we extended it.

Pour le prix affiché il n’est pas du tout un 4 étoiles et la chambre pas propre. Une coupure d’eau soudaine qui a duré 30 mins le matin et aussi une odeur désagréable de canalisations dans tout le bâtiment même dans la partie bien être.

O hotel é dentro da ZTL e o estacionamento é fora. Isso é um pouco complicado e não foi bem explicado antes na reserva aqui na plataforma. Deixo a sugestão do envio de um email automático do jotel ao hóspede com instruções sobre o estacionamento no momento do fechamento da reserva. O hotel tem dois prédios e um deles tem um spa com águas termais que, por conta das substâncias dessas águas, não tem um cheiro bom . Para mim isso é um ponto importante a avisar para quem quer se hospedar, mas não está interessado no spa, a melhor opção é ficar no prédio da recepção. Falamos com a recepco sobre o desconforto com o cheiro e ela foi muito solícita e gentil e me surpreendeu positivamente nos acomodando em outro quarto. Me senti muito acolhida e agradeço a ela. O café da manhã do hotel é maravilhoso e o restaurante do hotel excelente. Tive um jantar maravilhoso de dia das mães de frente para o lago. Me hospedaria novamente no hotel pela atenção dos funcionários. Obrigada a todos.

Everything was perfect

Fabulous breakfast. Hotel had a beautiful setting on Lake Garda and close to everything, especially the ferry. Thermal spa was also very nice.

The Hotel Sirmione Terme has been standing nearly 106 years, I would say it has aged like a fine wine. It is a lovely classic hotel full of charm. My recommendation would be to stay in the old main building in a room overlooking the lake. The other hotel building accommodation is above the thermal pool and spa which has a strong smell of sulphur. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the restaurant has a good menu. We used the spa facilities during our stay and I booked in for a couple of treatments. All very satisfactory, but make sure you bring rubber flip flops with you to use in the spa and pool area. Our room overlooked the busy square below and a side view of the lake. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms but we asked for a kettle and was provided with one. Breakfast was good with a varied selection of yoghurts, fruits and cereals, with bread, cakes and pastries. Cold meats and cheeses as well as cooked eggs, bacon and sausages. The busy ferry port is close by offering trips to other points of interest on the lake along with many small boats offer y sightseeing tours of the lake. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back again.
