Comfortable and clean, but overpriced like all hotels in Hearst. VERY NOISY heating system; jet engine on and off all night with no way to shut it off.

Very bad unwashed bed sheets and bed bugs where rooming and very bad but it was too late and we stuck with the night..the management need to look in to this..the guest who comes there they won't have good sleep and it will be very disappointing. I couldn't believe it..dirty towels as well. Honestly I am very disappointed

These accommodations were good. The service was slow at times, but acceptable.

Over priced and messy outside towards the back of the property- unkept. Definitely not worth what I paid for it despite being the off season.

Sweetest service ever. Very limited accommodations, 2 thin towels for bath. The shower water was cold no hot water after a very long drive and achy muscles, that was the most disappointing, and fridge did not work. Bedding is rough and thin. Other than that the service is EXCEPTIONAL, parking is excellent, and tv worked. Great if you’re in a jam and need a convenient night stay, biggest downside expect cold shower/bath. Do expect great customer service!

Older and partially renovated. Big parking stalls, quite, spacious room. Exterior door to the room, makes it easy to bring in luggage. I happy for the price.

Only issue for our group was having to wait at the front door for the hotel staff to let us in - wait was about 5 minutes.

Interesting that sign on door states masks are mandatory, however staff were not wearing masks Sleeve that room card was in was very worn,and previous room numbers scratched

Hôtel de très bas niveau. Il y avait personne à la réception et la porte était barrėe. Une autre cliente attendait déjà depuis un temps. On avait beau peser sur la sonnette, comme indiqué, mais personne ne venait nous ouvrir. Mon conjoint a dû communiquer avec vous. Une mise à jour des lieux serait à faire : peinture des murs, ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas, taches sur tapis et literie, etc. On ne s'est pas senti en sécurité à cette endroit. C'est trop cher payé pour la qualité des lieux. Merci.

Could not work the television would not let me go to live tv it sucked
