Large burn marks in carpet. Literally every color of stain on a dark carpet. The amount of grime in the carpets was ungodly. The door top latch lock broken off. Tub drain clogged. Had to shower in thirty second intervals as to not be standing in brown murky water coming up from the drain pipe. The owners really need to spend some time on a serious overhaul. I feel gross for staying here and not justvsleeping in my car...i would like to add, the poor lady at the front desk seemd very sweet. Sad.

Went to receive our key & went into our room which was already in use(although no one currently inside). Booked non smoking king & there was cigarette smoke currently in the room, cigarette ashes all over an unkept bed, beer cans inside the garbage & all around the room, television was on & playing & drug addicts all around the property. The hotel refused to refund back over $300 we paid for the room & we left with our 3 small children.

Loved how friendly Ruby was whwn i call to gatwhr frw more detial after making an online servation for my son who is relocating. -

This place is really old and needs to be remodeled and refreshed the plus side is that the lady that is behind the desk is amazing and super helpful

Well, Oyo overbooked the rooms (which I hear happens often). The front desk girl and her Mom couldn't have been nicer and felt horrible. They gave me a refund when the Oyo website wouldn't.

BEWARE. Longview hotel owners will draft money from your card without you knowing. I had to file police report, reported to BBB and filed claim at my bank to get my money back. Ladies at front desk are so nice.

Very dated. In poor repair. Room not ready for us when we arrived at 4pm.

Friendly people

Received double confirmation from hotel directly for paid ahead reservation. When arrived, no room available and no reimbursement. I booked through Hotels.com but spoke directly to hotel too confirming reservation. Still out my money.

Location was near the college. Lots of restaurants near buy. The staff were friendly.

The property manager was a very nice lady and our room was kinda clean, but the listing is very misleading. It will say breakfast from 7-9AM and a spa are available. Neither are. I booked this hotel specifically for its location and the breakfast, only to find out one of those things are true. The TV barely worked and there was mold in the shower and around the caulking. But if you're looking for a place to stay that's cheap, easy to get to, and you're (probably) safe in and you won't spend much time in, it's definitely ok. Oh- also, you get two tiiiiny paper thin pillows. Maybe consider bringing your own!

Ruby made our check-in very easy as well as the check-out process. Ruby went out of her way to make sure that we had everything we needed for our overnight stay..

Food and clothes from previous guest still in the room. Another room had loose tiles and the bathroom reeked.

The staff there are awesome, they make you feel at home. Location can be a problem, but they protect you.

The lady there is always super nice and amazing

The woman at the front desk was Amazing. She looked exhausted and said I got her last room but she was the kindest, sweetest soul I ever met.

the couch smelled of intercourse, floor was dirty with dirt or cat litter, very gritty, bed sheets had more stains than a mechanics shirt, comforter had more cigarette burn holes than a mid 70s cadillac, the overall smell in the room was cigarette smell covered up poorly, a bit confusing fore it was a none smoking room, shower was something out of the 1950s yet warm, that all being said the TV and the AC worked, also had a nice wine cooler fridge, never in my life am staying there again, thought of sleeping in my car before getting the room, i should have just done that, waste of 88 dollars, 1 star but thats because i cant give them negative stars
