とても清潔で綺麗なホテルでした ただ、建物が古いせいか床が斜めになっていたり、軋んだりしました。泊まる上では全く問題ないです。 ホテルの場所もセルフリッジまで徒歩圏内だったり、交通機関もあって良かったです。

親切な対応でした

Liftが無かったのは、正直びっくりしました スタッフが、トランクを持って部屋まで運んでくれたので、問題はありませんでしたが、Liftがないとは、知りませんでした

小さなホテルだか、清潔でフロントの対応も良い印象。 部屋はカードキーだか、外出から戻ってきたら反応せず、フロントに確認したところ、丁寧に対応はしてもらえだが、ドアの 装置のバッテリーの問題だろうとのこと。

スタッフの対応はとても素晴らしいです。

ホテルはこじんまりとしているが、働いているスタッフはみんな、とても親切。 部屋の内装もデザイナーズホテルのconceptがはっきりしていて心地よかった。

最寄駅はBsker st.　セルフリッジまでは徒歩10分以内でショッピングには便利な立地。 お部屋は落ち着いたインテリアで素敵です。ただダブルの部屋でもシャワーしかない部屋はとても狭いです。バスタブ付きのお部屋をリクエストしていた旨を伝えると快く替えてくれました。バスタブ付きのお部屋は地下１階になり眺望はありませんが広さも十分で快適です。小さなホテルなのでエレベータはありませんがスタッフの方は荷物を運んでくれました。女性の方に重い荷物を運ばせるのは申し訳ない気がしましたが...スタッフの方は皆さん感じが良く親切でした。

ホテルはきれいで、設備も整っていました。エレベーターがないのが残念です。（でもスタッフは荷物運びを手伝ってくれます。） 朝食もおいしかったです。 立地もよく、観光に便利でした。

The main spaces all look clean and tidy as did the room. I spilled a glass of water and on cleaning it up beside the bed the towel ended up with a WAD of hair on it so not sure they're doing a huge amount of vacuuming round furniture. It was pretty gross

Great boutique hotel, clean, modern and characterful. Breakfast excellent continental choice well priced. Very convenient for transport and walkable to Marylebone station, Oxford Street etc

We were located on level 3, quite room, good sized bedroom and bathroom, close to amenities and transport links.

Great location and friendly staff

I found the hotel to be very nice in a good location, clean, comfortable and the front staff very helpful. I’m not sure if it’s a UK thing but the making of the bed each day was a bit haphazardly. I finally choose to make the bed myself. There was also a bit of mold in the shower which may be due to the wet climate I’m not sure but it does need attention. I did like the hotel and recommended it to a friend.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was cosy, elegant, and in the perfect location — quiet yet incredibly convenient. The staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. I also loved that it was only an 8-minute walk from Marylebone Station, making it so easy to get around. Would definitely stay again!

Great room, service and location. Highly recommended.

Tons of stairs ( so. It great for people with big bags or mobility issues), but fabulous location and nicely decorated hotel and rooms. Our room was TINY. Bed was minuscule. If you’re staying longer than a night— you might want to consider a larger room.
