・スース市街からのアクセス良好（海沿い徒歩20分ぐらい） ・プールビュー、テラス付きの部屋で広さも十分、リゾートホテルとしてこの価格で十分なレベル ・フィットネスセンターの設備充実 ・スタッフの対応も良い

Flott hotell nærme byen og strand. Romslige og fine rom. I april var det ikke mye folk der, så ikke noe kø eller kamp om de beste solplassene. God og godt utvalg til frokost, men skuffende at de går tom for frukt, grønt og noen meieriprodukter når det ikke er fullt hus, vi var ikke seint ute heller. Bestilte tid på Spa, flott anlegg, flinke folk men engelsken er såpass dårlig at det blir litt gjettekonkurranse på hva de egentlig sier/spør om. Vi hadde det fint, men ikke sikker på om vi drar tilbake til dette hotellet hvis det fremdeles er mye dyrere enn de andre hotellene ved siden av

Stay was largely OK. But my daughter faced some discrimination when she went to the swimming pool dressed in a Burkini. She was somewhat rudely informed that she can only go into the pool if dressed in a more revealing swimming costume, which she feels is a discriminatory policy.

Un séjour en étant maman seule avec deux bébés j'avais tout le soutien de personnel avec un grand atout un mode de garde à disposition une halte garderie ou nounou à la demande c'était un confort sans faille.

It looks great in photos but the hotel is rundown and needs some repair work. Things like lounge chair cushions being moldy and glass banisters being cracked. And there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The spa is over crowded and they allow kids which makes it very peaceful.

Séjour convenable dans cet hôtel immense avec une belle plage. Neanmoins il aurait besoin de rénovation notamment les chambres. J’ai demandé une chambre avec un grand lit lors du checking, on m’a confirmé que celle qu’on me donnait était avec un grand lit, mais une fois arrivé dans la chambre, c’était deux lits séparés. Je suis retourné à la réception, on m’a donné une nouvelle chambre avec un grand lit, mais cette fois, la baie vitrée était cassée, impossible de fermer la baie vitrée. On m’a alors donné une troisième chambre qui donnait côté rue et qui était très bruyante, car les isolations sont mauvaises. Je vous recommande donc d’éviter les chambres côté rue car il y a beaucoup de circulation et c’est assez bruyant. Il faut privilégier les chambres côté mer. Les salles de bain sont très sombres avec du carrelage marron partout et peu de lumière. Enfin pendant deux jours, la télé n’a pas marché soi-disant pour un problème général. Les horaires de la piscine couvertes chauffés sont très limités 10 heures à midi et 15 heures à 18h. Je ne vois pas pourquoi les horaires sont si courts. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était bien avec des options sans lactose, mais pas sans gluten dommage.

Le personnel ainsi que les cadres un 10/10 , le stationnement est disponible mais vraiment limité et compliqué ( parking sous terrain pas d ascenseur , sinon les autres parking sont loin ) ils gardent des place VIP pour les hommes d affaires .( ou lieu de les avoir pour handicapés ou bébés) ..l acces a l hotel est contrôler a chaque passage on d irai qu on passe par la douane , les matelas plage et piscine sont sales ( kaka de mouettes) , le lobby est une place ou on peut fumer( C pas sensé).....pour le prix que j ai payé en bas saison , ca vaut pas le coup , ses concurrents sont meilleurs ( Marriott , 4 saisons ....). ( j ai compris pourquoi il ya un 8/10 pas 9 ou plus sur Expedia )

El wifi de la habitación funcionaba intermitentemente. Durante toda la.estancia de 4 dias la señal de TV no funcionó Reclamamos tres veces en dos ocasiones fueron técnicos a atender el reclamo. El primero dijo que era un problema del internet/cable y que tratarían de resolverlo. El segundo técnico confirmó esta anomalia y dijo que todo el hotel estaba con ese problema. Las toallas muy finas y ya antiguas, era evidente el uso por los años. En relación al desayuno todo era caótico. A pesar de lo grande del salón tuvimos que esperar parados para que se desocupe una mesa. El servicio de preparación de huevos revueltos estaba sobrepasado: habia una fila de mas de 15 personas. Lo mis.o con el servicio de preparación de crêpes (con una 10 personas en la fila). De las cuatro maquinas de café solo funcionaban dos. Además tardaban mucho tiempo en preparar el café. Tampoco el contenedor era suficiente ya que cada 15 minutos debian llenar de agua y de granos de café. A pesar de tener pagado el desayuno decidimos ir a una cafetería en las cercanias del hotel para evitar volver a pasar malos momentos. Las tumbonas en la playa eran muy antiguas y mal conservadas. Necesitan recambio. Finalmente a pesar de la categoria de mi membresia en hotels.com no nos permitieron hacer un late checkout mismo pagando por dos horas más. Consultamos al concierge el precio del taxi al aeropuerto nos pidieron 50 euros. Un taxi amarillo que pasaba frente al hotel nos costó 14 euros.

A very nice place to stay. Safe. When waiting for a meal at one of the resteraunts, we had to wait for nearly 1 hour before the food turned up. we ended up walking out and not having any food.

We stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and it was amazing for our 10 years anniversary we decided to go back, the hotel from outside still looks amazing, the room are still nice and clean and the view was amazing, the staff at the reception was really friendly, the downside is the beach sand was really dirty cigarettes in it stones and all sort of things, 10 years ago it wasn't like that, they shouldn't allow the customers to take food on the beach or around the swimming pool as it makes the place dirty like we seen some customers left a sandwich near the pool and it was full of flies, 10 years ago the had different clientele and the place was amazing, all the sun beds are the same as 10 years ago they are old and most of them broken. The breakfasts that we had included it was the worse one difficult to find a clean table,the breakfast wasn't anything nice and always the same ,the coffee from the machine is undrinkable. This place need to change lots of things clean the sand on the beach every day,stop letting people eat on the beach and swimming pool, not allowing to smoke inside the hotel, change all the sun beds, change the breakfast quality.

Otel genel olarak güzel. Kahvaltıları başarılı değil bu kalite için çok düşük seviyede. Havuz kullanımında kısıtlamalar var bayanların haşemalı girmesi yasak çok enteresan bir şekilde hiç bir ülkede görmediğimi burada gördüm.

Good property but there were many customers walking inside the lobby with cigarettes. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and helpful.

L’exterieur est le grand plus de l’hotel. Mais les chambre de 1992 par contre, ca ne valait pas le prix. Nous aurions pris juste l’acces piscine et un hotel ou un airbnb a proximité aurait ete beaucoup plus economique. Le petit dej’ faut pas etre en retard, 10h , c’est 10h. A 10h01, ils ont deja tout debarassé les buffets. C’est choquant mais bref. Je retiendrais la lecon pour mon prochain sejour a sousse.
