Air conditioner was noisy.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable enough. There was no safety box in the room, which was very inconvenient for me.

Disappointing hotel front desk response at check-in…　Maybe it's a cultural difference, but I was confused when a front person suddenly said "Last name?." I couldn't understand it so I asked it twice. Slow pronunciation and paraphrasing are helpful for foreigners. Disappointing housekeeping…　The service was not following the rules. The location is perfect. Quiet on weekdays.

台所設備として電子レンジ、大型冷蔵庫、IHコンロ、食器洗浄機があります。また、風呂にはバスタブもあります。部屋は広く清潔です。コインランドリーがホテルの3階にあるので便利です（洗濯＝3ドル、乾燥＝3ドル）。 ただ、人手不足の影響なのか、室内清掃が2日に一度だったのが残念です。

Hallways were extremely cold. You needed a sweatshirt to wait for the elevator. Breakfast was delicious but cold even in the warmers. I paid a lot of money for a view of a dirty alley and the AC on the roof which was loud. Ugh!!!

The reservation and check in was easy. Hotel and room very clean. Great breakfast in the morning. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Parking is expensive. $65/night.. hotel was nice, bed comfy, service great.

Excellent room and smelled so clean when we arrived in the room. Comfy bed and nice amount of space.

This property is close to everything in the city, their breakfast was good, pool was good and staff helpful especially valet. The only thing i didnt like was that when they came to clean my room the sheets wasnt changed. I would prefer fresh sheets. But overall this is my go to spot in San Diego Downtown
