It was the perfect place to relax with the kids, taking walks in the sea or swimming in the pool.

今回2泊しました。立地は申し分ないですが、部屋に備え付けの食器類が汚い。インターネットのスピードが遅い。プールも葉っぱがたくさん浮いている。 もう少し綺麗なら評価も良いでしょう。掃除がなあなあです。トイレットペーパーホルダーの位置も最悪です。従業員の対応は普通です。

シングルベッド２つの部屋とキングベッド１つの部屋、十分な自炊ができるキッチン、食事が出来るベランダなど家族3人で過ごすにはちょうど良いホテルでした。バスタブが付いていればなお良かったと思います。アーリィーチェックインも快く受け入れてくれて、かつメールでのリクエストのやり取りがスピーディーで助かりました。徒歩で周辺を回るにも便利な立地でしたし、木に囲まれたプールも快適でした。フリーＷＩＦＩも快適に使えました。ツアーでなく個人で手配し宿泊するには、とてもお勧めのホテルです。

ケアンズに遊びに家族が来たので、ここを予約したが、私は自分の家に帰るのに予約人数より一つ荷物が多かった為、あなたも泊まるか？や何故荷物が人数より多いのかを、しつこく聞かれた。 私は家に帰るし、荷物も1人が2個持ってきたと説明したが、聞き入れてもらえず、とても嫌な気分になった。 さらに、朝の7時にチェックアウトをしようと思いフロントに行ったが、閉まっており、フロントの電話でチェックアウトをしたいと伝えると8時でないと開かないと言われ、飛行機の時間があるので私は行かなければならない、と言うと鍵をそこに置いていけと言われ、このホテルは本当に大丈夫かと不安になった。 部屋も4回なのにエレベーターもなく、重たい荷物を下まで降ろすのは大変だった。 いいところは、部屋が広くベッドルームとリビングルームが分かれていたところだ。

海に近くて、とても静かで、快適でした。 オーナーもとても親切。 近隣のレストランもハズレがなくて、どこもおいしかったです。

Place was clean and nice. The host is a poor communicator and bordering rude. No clear directions for an after hour checkin. Didn't pick 10 calls. Had to hunt down their residence to get into the apartment.

Good size room and great location as everything is close. The staff are great and have good knowledge of the area. Definitely a good base to explore the region and reasonably priced.

Good basic accommodation in a nice complex. I lot of the decor looked like it was new - so nice upkeep.

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need in a gorgeous location. Really appreciated the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom setup which allowed us to have the space and privacy we needed

We were on the roadside-- but still very quiet. Parking off street available but we parked on the road as it was closer to our unit. Loved the indoor/ outdoor living. Coffee on room available. 5 minute walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Very safe town and very friendly. We used the pool and hottub daily. Jim waa very pleasant and helped us plan our day trip up to Daintree and the young fellow that works there suggested the croc tour-- which was AMAZING!! Bed was made up 1x (we were there 5 nights) which was fine, new towels were given 2x during our stay. We also asked for new pool towels which we recieved at the front desk and also asked for an extra umbrella--just a 'little' rain fell! Loved Palm Cove and thanks expedia for the $35 gift cert. to one of the restaurants.

Staff were supportive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

A lovely place to stay with beautiful surroundings. However, the service was somewhat limited — amenities such as tea, coffee, soap, and shampoo were not replenished regularly and had to be requested. Aside from that, it’s a wonderful spot for a stay

We absolutely loved our room on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. It was quiet, staff extremely helpful and so easy to walk everywhere

Great location and clean, although needs some maintenance

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were lovely and clean. The sound of nothing but nature throughout the night was awesom and just a 30 second walk to the esplanade where you will find something delicious to eat.

Unfortunately didn't realise before was too late had no lift as stairs where an issue, in fairness was offered a ground floor studio room. Room was clean and tidy but could do with refurbishment

This property is very outdated. It is not clean. The doors and windows had cracks for critters to get in. There is no housekeeping services to clean the room after each night.Small little details, like the garbage can you had to touch to open, It definitely took away from Experience I was hoping for. In addition when I went to check in during normal office hours, the office manager came out and talk to me, but he referred me to the instructions as if I were a late check-in and I had to read how to get to my room. It was a little awkward. Also, when I had my early check out, I had to pick up the phone to call him to check out and it was very strange to me. I felt like I was bothering him. The lampshade had cobwebs. The shower was inside a jacuzzi tub, very odd. The windowsills were filthy. You can hear your neighbors. The pool and jacuzzi were very dirty as well. All that being said, Palm Cove is a very exclusive area and I would highly recommend staying in this area compared to Cairns, which is very touristy. I am guessing this property gets away with their prices since the area is so premium. In the end, I would not stay at this property. It is definitely not worth the price!

We had a lovely big room , bed , balcony with a kitchen , we didn’t have a view , we went swimming , did yoga Saturday morning on the beach and went to the Palm cove market Sunday . A lovely weekend away
