ナポリ駅から石畳をスーツケースを持って歩いた。クラクションが飛び交う外の喧騒とはうって変わり、そこは素敵な空間がありました。 お部屋はとても素敵で、清潔で広々していました。ルームサービスでエスプレッソとホットチョコレートを頼みバルコニーでカフェタイム☕️なんとも優雅な時間が流れてました。知り合いに教えてもらったピザ屋さんは日曜日でおやすみだった為、フロントスタッフさんがおススメしてくれたお店はあまりに美味しくItalia滞在中2回も行きました。ポンペイまでのルートを教えてくれ、次の日はポジターノへの行き方を私たちに親切に教えてくれました。とても素敵なよい思い出ができました。ありがとうございます。grazie‼︎

宮殿が、下町の中にそそり立つかんじのホテルでした。安全は守衛が守るというかっことしたものがあり、そういったいみでは安心感がありました。ドライヤーが使えなくても、すぐ対応してくれたりで、心地よい空間でした。廊下が迷路みたいで、レセプションに辿りつけないのにはまいりました。ナポリらしさかな、ロケーションはいいです。

デラックスルームに滞在しました。 サービス、清潔性、スパ(サウナ２種類)、朝食、全て満足です。 唯一、ホテル周辺の環境が微妙なので、女性一人(もしくは女性のみ)で宿泊する場合はタクシーなど活用した方がいいかと思います。 空港まではホテルが呼んでくれるタクシーを利用し、15ユーロ～(荷物の多さに寄り価格変動)でした。 ホテルスタッフは、フロント以外のスタッフも全員英語が堪能です。 ナポリ全体が治安がいい訳ではないので(あちらこちらに落書きがしてあったり、車の運転が激しかったり)、ホテルの周辺のみに治安の不安がある訳ではなく、むしろ中心部に比べるとホテル周辺は交通量も少なく静かな方です。 空港からホテルまでは、 空港→ナポリ駅(バスで4ユーロ)、ナポリ駅からは荷物もあった為にタクシー(運賃6ユーロ+荷物代として10ユーロ取られました…)を使いましたが、帰りのタクシーが全て含みで15ユーロだったことを考えれば、到着時も空港から直接タクシーを使えばよかったです。

清潔で高級感もあり居心地の良いホテルでした。従業員の対応も丁寧でホテル自体は大満足でした。ただホテル周辺の治安が悪そうで少し怖かったです。

ホテルの設備環境のセンス、食事のグレード・センスが優れている。 ナポリ市の環境そのものが平均的に荒廃している面があるが、ドゥオモ、博物館等観光ポイントの地理的近さも良い。

デラックスダブルに3泊しました。天井が高く部屋が広く感じたものの、バスルームは狭く洗面台付近に化粧品類を置くスペースにも困るほど。スタンダードルームだったのでは？とも思いました。 何と言っても問題なのは立地。駅からホテルまでの一帯は、ガラが悪くとても歩く気にはなれません。ホテルではバスの利用を紹介していましたが、見たところ乗客の客層も独特で、観光客が利用するような路線ではないように思いました。一部口コミにあった市中心地までのシャトルバスも運行はありません。

The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years.

Very accommodating staff. A full breakfast was provided with fresh and poached fruit. The hotel is a 10 relatively level walk from the train station and Naples historic sights were within walking distance. Lots of history in and near Naples.

Palazzo Caracciolo has been our go-to hotel for over a decade whenever we visit Naples, we go there once a year since my family leaves there. The staff is consistently fantastic, always helpful and courteous. Gennaro DS is the best!

The staff were so miserable and unhelpful - forgetting our spa booojg altogether, trying to charge us double for a taxi to the airport that was meant to be included in the package and they never smiled and weren’t welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely, however. And the breakfast was good. The rooms were okay, but outdated, they charged us random prices for drinks - charging double one night for drinks we’d had the previous night. It was chaotic and not restful. The city itself is pretty awful and this seemed to be carried through into the hotel.

Chambre grande : nous avions pris la suite . Les partie communes, les cours intérieures Sont superbes et c'est très agréable pour boire un verre et même manger un petit bout en apéro . Le room service est parfait et les plats sont bons . Petit bémol sur l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est dans le centre historique, près de la gare donc pratique pour aller à pompéi . Mais sinon, le centre historique est un quartier sale .. le petit déjeuner est très bon : peut-être l'hôtel peut améliorer les jus .. car trop industriels et pas top alors que les fruits sont si succulents .

The neighborhood is terrible

Rent och prydligt, god frukost, ombyggnad pågår på en del plan.dock inte störande. Rummet med terrass hade terass bara ut mot grått innergårdstak. Poolen var bara en stor jaccuzzi, inget att simma i. Annars helt ok. Trevlig serveringspersonal.

Indrukwekkend hotel,goed gelegen

The rooms are clean an spacious. BUT, beware that there is no pool. The hotel and Expedia know for years that the hotel description is a not true and they won't do anything. The hotel has Spa that cost a minimum of 15Euro pP extra and is not suitable for children. I just gave the hotel a 5star so other people see the review. I would not recommend leaving the hotel after dark.

We were very happy with this hotel. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. The only negative I have to say is the elevator/lift situation was difficult with my 77 year old mother and her walker. Certain lifts only went to certain areas of the hotel. The signs for the lifts were not well visualized.

A really disappointing hotel. Despite booking a superior room, I was placed in annex room on the fourth floor which looked nothing like those publicised on the hotels.com website. The room was noisy due to being in the roof with wallpaper coming off the walls. Communal areas were also soulless and the general area surrounding the hotel was not pleasant. The hotel was so bad that an early check out and refund was attempted, however, the hotel refused. In summary, I would not recommend and suggest significant due diligence.
