スイートルームということでしたが、リビングにベッドを入れて２ベッドルームにしていたと思われます。その為に、椅子が１つのみでした。バスローブ、スリッパも一人分しかなかったのです。紅茶、コーヒーセットはなかったので、湯沸しポットと紅茶セットを運んでもらいました。サービス係にいうとすぐ対応してくれましたが、利用人数にあったアメニティグッズを、用意しないのでしょうか。

（よかった） 　フロントのスタッフが「明るい」｢親切」｢英語もOK」 （よくなかった） 　①サウナがない？　自由に使えるサウナがない。ホテルの案内には「ある」ような表示があったので、今回の宿泊の決め手になったのですが、「残念」でした。 　②＄２００をチェックイン時に支払いました。が、ネット予約時に、｢航空券＋ホテル」で予約してEチケとにも、「航空券＋ホテル」と記述してあります。この＄２００って何だったのですか？

The hotel was very friendly

We didn’t have hot water for the first two nights. Breakfast was supposed to be included - it got straightened out but it was a bit of a mess. AC never worked despite having asked the front desk 3 times over two days to look into it. Toilet clogged on the 6th day. Overall just not ideal.

Good

The first room had a mildew smell. Had a loud dehumidifier going to dry it. No rooms available to switch me until two days left in my stay. The second room the tv was fuzzy.

Hotel is in a great location for site seeing, very accessible to the airport. The rooms were clean and in relatively good condition. My only complaint was that the service was inconsistent.

We booked this hotel last minute due to a 5 day flight delay by WestJet and the Westin Player Bonita not being able to accommodate the related last minute date changes. We did not have a great view in Le Meridian as construction was in progress however the manager Ruth and front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. The delightful old town was worth a daily uber ride to and while the city centre is very busy the restaurants were good (Gaucho and Les Mecs our favourites and only a 2 min walk away). The hotel had a great view of the fireworks on New Year’s Eve from the roof top. It was very hot and had hoped to sit by pool during some days but the pool is very small and never any loungers available. We could not find the gym so did not use this time. The restaurant had some nice local dishes and cocktails looked good. Staff great and felt safe.

The only issue is the check in time, we arrived from a long fly and they made us wait 1 hour and half to do it although the check in time is a 3pm we waited until almost 5 pm and a lot of guests were in the same situation.

The room was nice and spacious. On the 3rd floor. It smelled a litlle musty but for the rest it was OK. It was my 2nd time booking in this hotel and I enjoyed it. The checkin was ok.

Lodging in Panama City in Marbella neighborhood.

Checked in and we got to our room. Almost instantly after walking in I sensed it was off. Went to the front desk and asked for housekeeping. After waiting for 30 minutes I went back to the front desk and asked to be moved because of the blood on the pillow, especially. After closer look with the front desk staff there was dirt on the bed covers, hair in the bed itself and blood stains on pillow covers. They changed our rooms, but was disappointed. After all that we asked for more coffee and tea and were told we can only have one per day. Last time staying here - the brand Le Meridian landed flat at this location.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. Some areas are in renovation. Highly recomended.

Good staff service

Starting from the positive: - great location - beautiful hotel - very spacious room with good decor (bigger than advertised) - very nice bathroom Negative: - the bed didn’t have a normal cotton sheet, but instead a plastic coated sheet that was uncomfortable when sleeping and I am sure it was not the most breathable material. I actually had to call service in the middle of the night to check if someone forgot to place the normal cotton linen sheet, and I was told this was normal

Short business trip needed to be in that area . Large rooms , good desk for work , nice view

ALL THE HOTEL PERSONNELL IS TRULY COMITTED TO PROVIDE EXCELENT SERVICES TO THE GUEST . THE TRUE LEADER AND IS ALSO PROVIDINGTO THE STAFF A STRONG QUALITY CULTURE . I WILL COME BACK TO LE MERIDIAN IN MY NEXT TRIP TO PANAMA .
