道路を挟んで2棟に分かれていてレセプションの場所が分かりづらかったです。レセプションはビストロがある棟にあります。私達の部屋はそちらの棟の1階のシービュー。確かに海は目の前です。 ただ道路も目の前なのでカーテンを開けていると普通に人が通って部屋の中も丸見えなので気を付けてください。 コンパクトですが使いやすい部屋でした。バスタブはありませんでした。 wifiは少し不安定ではありましたが、ホテルのwifiが部屋でも利用できました。 キングスコートでの宿泊ならロケーションは最高です。

アパートメントを利用。入口が一つで１階と２階とに分かれていることに初め理解できず部屋を探した。自分は２階。１階に電気が付いていてこの建物ではないと勘違いした。２階は荷物の上げ下ろしが大変かも。その他は問題なく利用できた。アルミホイルがあるといい。波止場に近く日の出ウオッチは気持ちいい。買物はスーパーとガススタンドで。アルコールは酒屋で。天気に恵まれた際はいろいろ楽しめるが、雨が降れば…。西に向かえば散歩しながらコアラを観察出来たり、夕暮れには車道にカンガルーが出てきたりします。

テレビ台を兼ねたテーブルがざらざらして気持ち悪かった。

Great location and staff, but the hotel rooms are not very clean. It needs a serious deep clean and carpet replacement.

The location of the hotel was great as it was positioned opposite the beach and in the main hub of town, close to lots of great cafes and restaurants. we liked the restaurant & bar also attached, the staff were really friendly there and the seating area in the bar was a nice atmosphere. The room itself was a good size and clean, however the location of our room was probably one of the most unfortunate on offer - next to the elevator and janitors closet so from 6:30am would be woken up by the cleaners making a ruckus, and our window was directly into the back entrance/neighbours garages so we had to be super cautious about lights and curtains with people being able to see into our room as they walked right past regularly. Other than that the hotel itself was great including the room, just the location of the room itself, so I would recommend staying here and I would go back myself, just a room on the 2nd floor!

Perfect location right in Kingscote, lovely space to stay

Das Hotel mit seiner historischen Fassade macht schon von Außen einen sehr interessanten Eindruck. Im Innern war es dagegen sehr modern möbliert.Es gibt ein großes Restaurant, einen ansprechenden Aufenthaltsraum und einen Barbereich. Wir wurden von der Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer hatte Blick auf die Uferpromenade und das Meer. Auf dem Balkon befand sich eine Sitzgelegenheit. Das Zimmer war wohnlich eingerichtet und wirkte durch die große Fensterfront sehr hell. Es gibt einen Außenpool. Für das Abendessen ist eine Reservierung unbedingt zu empfehlen, da das Hotel auch von größeren Reisegruppen angesteuert wird. Wir waren mit dem Essen an beiden Abenden sehr zufrieden. Ganz im Gegenteil dazu das zugebuchte Frühstück: Der Kaffee war zu dünn, die Buffet-Auswahl schlecht und das Rührei kaum genießbar. Sonderwünsche nur gegen Bezahlung. Trotz dieses (gravierenden) Mangels empfehlen wir dieses Hotel. Frühstücken kann man ja auch in nahegelegenen Cafés.

Personnel accommodant et gentil, vue de l’océan à partir de la chambre, chambre propre et grande même la régulière, restaurant à même l’hôtel a été très pratique et le poke bowl est bon et les prix étaient comparables aux autres restos de l’île. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’aller à la piscine, mais elle avait l’air très propre

The room was clean and well-kept, with a great location just steps from the beach and restaurants. However, street noise was noticeable—people talking outside could be heard clearly, as the window was close to the sidewalk.

I had a terrific stay with friendly swift checkin and checkout experience. The room was spacious, cool (I only put the aircon on once during the heatwave) and comfortable. It was spotless. I appreciated that coffee pods and other amenities were refreshed daily by friendly cleaners. The view is stunning and catches the sunrise. It’s a great location in Kingscote: Drakes grocery store is 2 mins walk and the jetty about the same and there’s a range of restaurants to choose from. Great value for money.
