フロントの方が親切でした。はじめ扉をどんどん叩かれたけど、紅茶、コーヒーとか大丈夫ですかとのお伺いでした。他にもワインオープナーが必要で困ってると言ったら、フロントに戻り持ってきてくれました。大柄ですがニコニコした男性でした。

ソファーとベッドでダニに咬まれました。

Handy location friendly and very helpful staff great pool will stay again

Door locks do not work, subject to police advise that property was unsafe to stay at, so we moved to another hotel at great expense. Property was old and dirty and did not comply with it's rating as a 4 star hotel. So far we have been unable to recover our payment and will soon have to take legal action against Expedia as Hotel will not make the refund.It has major aboriginal drunkenness and violence and we were advised by the manager that we could not go out at night etc Totally unsuitable to stay at.

A basic motel room, a bit dated , good for one nights stay but road noise awful , plus on flight path to Cairns international airport.

Le logement est assez vieillot. La salle de bain a besoin d'être refaite, le lavabo est en fin de vie et il y a de la moisissure dans la douche. Le logement est spacieux et confortable. Il simplement besoin d'un coup de neuf.

Very helpful manager. I honestly thought that this establishment was fantastic value. Conveniently situated. Had everything that we needed. Beautiful pool.. it was clean , tidy, roomy and comfortable. Very happy. Thankyou

Good condition for the age. Basically you get what you pay for. We enjoyed our stay for 9 days.The pool was warm and refreshing in the hot and humid climate.

You get what you pay for. This was half or a third of the price of other accommodations and it was very basic in disrepair.
