受け付け中年女性スタッフの対応がひどかった。 部屋のドアノブがとれたり、プールサイドに異臭がしたりしていた。 キッチンの備品が高いところにあり不便、ダイニングテーブルはグラグラしていた。

部屋も清潔、朝食レストランの眺めもとてもきれいでした。立地も良くまた泊まりたいです

景色が素晴らしかった。朝ごはんも美味しかった。

廊下の声が部屋に届いていたので、壁が薄いのかもしれません。また、冷蔵庫がないので、そこを不自由に感じられるかもしれません。 wi-fiの感度は良かったと思います。また、立地も良かったのも好印象でした。

スタッフの方が基本的に皆さん優しく、丁寧に質問に答えてくれた。一点だけ残念だったのが、帰りの際のホテル→空港行きのタクシーの時間変更を依頼したにも関わらず、反映されておらず、貴重な時間が1時間無駄になったこと。その日担当したスタッフは、自分のミスではないせいか謝る素振りも見せず、その時だけは嫌な思いをした。それ以外は良かった。

ホテルの設備は古い。すぐに直してくれたがエアコンからは水が漏れる。シャワーの排水は悪い。屋上の透明な筈のプラスティックもひび割れていて、あれが綺麗に透明だったら素晴らしい景観だろう。ただし、ロケーションは最高。美味しいレストランもバス乗り場もビーチもすぐそこにある。トータルとしては、もうちょっとコスパが良ければ、ホテルは古いが場所が良いので納得出来た感じ。

ホテルのほぼ真ん前にバス停があり、バレッタやセントジュリアンへの観光・ショッピングに、路線バスを使って簡単に行けます。サイトの地図がアバウトで場所が判らず、住所を頼りにTower Roadということで、観光案内所で地図をもらって、のバス停を教えてもらいましたが、これが間違っていました。地名はSliemaですが、実際にはSt. Julianの中心地に程近い場所（歩けば2Km位、バスなら5-10分位）で、スーパーマーケット(Scott'sやArcaidaなど）やレストラン（世界各国） 、Hilton Hotelなどが有り、長期滞在の安価な食事の確保に大変便利でした。 客室は、夜間は照明がやや暗く感じられましたが、日中は浴室の窓から光が燦燦と射し込み、まぶしい位でした。広さはツインで大きなベッドが置かれいる為、机や荷物置きを拡げると若干狭く感じました。浴室は、浴槽やシャワーの蛇口など古さを感じました。 冷蔵庫がなかったことと、インターネットが客室では利用出来なかった（ロビーのフロアのみ）ことが残念でしたが、全体に料金が安く快適に滞在する事が、出来ました。

It's a nice hotel, maybe overpriced during peak season but that's expected. It's right in front a of a beach. It's easy to get around Malta from the location. Lots of pubs and restaurants around. I have not tried the swimming pool as it was very crowded but it looked nice. Would recommend but I also think there can be better options.

I enjoyed this hotel. It may not have been the most luxurious but both of my rooms had an ocean and street view with plenty of room to sit on the balcony. The room wasn't large but it's location was great. It had bars across the street and down the block and two wonderful restaurants right under and next to it. The restaurant next to it (forgot it's name) had such a warm ambiance and the food was delicious and dessert was so beautiful and delicious - it was made fresh in front of me! Getting back to the hotel, it is right near a bus stop and you can walk to the center of the city. Staff were pleasant and helped me with a few issues. Breakfast was decent and walk in lounge was comfy to sit and chat or charge phone. The rooftop terrace was lovely for a pretty much 360 degree view of ocean and rooftops. I would stay there again - it was reasonable and well located.

Yes, breakfast fine. Room sufficient. No amenities. Hotel totally lacks accomodating customers. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. We traveled with one of the largest travel organizations in the world & arrived early before the tour. You would think bc we were part of the tour that the hotel would accommodate us & hold our luggage (they do have a baggage room), however, they refused to hold our luggage. The whole purpose of selecting THIS hotel was bc our tour would be staying here. No, they would not accommodate any of us in any conceivable means. Even the tour company got involved & the hotel refused to assist us. There are plenty of hotels, stay away from this one!!!

Great hotel, clean and good attention

The staff are friendly. Nice hotel and lobby. Definitely recommend this hotel. Close to everything that you need; shops, restaurants, bars and excursions. The outdoor pool area and bar is nice. There’s also an inside pool.

My room was great, with a nice sea view and balcony. Shower was very good too. Great breakfast and I love the rooftop pool and bar area. Location is brilliant.
