スタッフはとても丁寧で親切。部屋がちょっと残念かも。インドならこれくらいは普通だけど。

部屋もバスルームも広めで快適でした。ウェルカムドリンクがおいしくてうれしかったです。エアポートからの送迎サービスあり（別料金、要予約）。

デリーから国内線への乗換時に一泊しました。ある程度のサービス、清潔さ、値段を基準に選択したので満足しています。もちろんですが、最高級のホテルに泊まりたい方にはおすすめしません。

空港から結構離れていてタクシーで450ルピーかかる。車がないとどこにも行けない場所で、周りは歩ける環境ではない。レストランも見かけはOKだが、メニューが貧弱である。ただ、スタッフは全て感じが良かった。シャワーのお湯がほのかにあたたかい程度でほとんど水のようであった。

The staff struggled a bit with the Expedia booking because we had just booked it while at the airport. Despite their troubles, they were very friendly and apologetic and figured it out. We stayed there for the day while on a layover between flights. Our room was large and clean.

Very polite and friendly staff

My husband and I stayed here for one night before our flight back to the UK on Thursday (4th) morning. We thought it would be convenient to stay near the airport although it did end up being a 30 min drive either way due to Delhi traffic. We found the staff were incredibly rude, unwelcoming and lacked hospitality - sadly, this appeared to be more so from senior staff, who came across as confrontational and abrupt in all interactions. Furthermore, the room was a good size but sadly the toilet and bedding were unclean. We requested a fan for the bedroom due to the AC being too strong, but staff said the hotel did not have a single one (which we found hard to believe!) I would only recommend this hotel if the above doesn’t deter you away!

Extraordinarily poor front desk. Amazingly for an airport hotel there is NO shuttle! No beer but dinner was OK and served by a pleasant waiter With plenty of choice locally I certainly made a poor one with this hotel

They can do better with breakfast rest is good place to stay close to airport

No hot water. This wasn’t really a hotel, more of a banquet convention facility. The staff was very nice but didn’t speak much English. The$4 breakfast was good! I’m sorry but I don’t recommend it.

Very nice staff. Rooms are big, great value, and would recommend if you need to stay neat the airport for the night.

Nice staff and the room was adequate for our needs. The bathroom often had lots of mosquitos. Would be nice if it was a little easier to access considering the proximity to the airport.

Hotel was closed. No one at gate. Had to return after trying to call them and honk for 20 mins

Not what would be expected from a hotel with 6.5/10. The service was lacking as they forgot to call the shuttle for the airport. The room was not good either as it smelled of mildew and mustiness.

Just a sad state of affairs; no heating, shower wouldn’t work, very unclean! Wouldn’t stay again ever!
