It was such a pleasure to stay there. The stuff were very kind and sweet, most comfortable bed and pillow, great location, small but nice swimming pool for a rainy day. Loved the buiscuit they gave us so asked where to buy them then gave us some more! I found the airport shop were selling those if you like it;)

Great hotel and staff. No complaints other than a minor one at night somewhere in the area is very loud music till passed midnight and from room 305 you can hear it. Closing the patio door helps but then it gets stuffy. Other than that minor issue everything was wonderful. We used the vallet service to park and was well worth it. Free breakfast fantastic pool very nice

The hotel is very very nice. The food was phenomenal. The staff is friendly and helpful. The one thing that did not make this stay excellent was the parking situation. We arrived at 10pm and we were not informed until check in that there were no available parking spots available until the next day. It was very frustrating having to parallel park in an alley a mile away. We ended up having to move the car at 7am the next day and then paid for valet service the following night. We would have enjoyed being offered the option to pay for valet service prior to arrival to ensure a parking spot was reserved upon arrival.

Great location and friendly staff at reception, doormen and room staff (except in the dining room - the staff needs to smile and at least be a little friendly!)

Great hotel with attentive staff and many things we appreciated included water placed in car everyday and pastries and coffee ready for a very early check out. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The best location in the city centre and still very quiet.

Parking

This hotel was a very nice place to stay! All of the employees were friendly and very professional. It was clean and the rooms were nicely decorated. It is very east to walk to restaurants and cafe's. We would absolutely stay here again!!
