Breakfast was good!

電子レンジ、冷蔵庫揃っており、部屋も広くてとても良かった！ 少しエレベーターが古くて心配だった。

空港から10分、ユニバーサルスタジオまで30分、ケネディスペースセンターへ40の所にあるアメリカでは一般的なホテル。 高級感はないが、綺麗に清掃もされ不快と感じる点は何もない。徒歩圏内にコンビニ併設のスタンドもあるし、少し車で移動すればセブンイレブンもある。 朝食は、ソーセージとタマゴ類、ヨーグルト、パンなどよくある簡単なものだが十分。 最近のホテルには多いが、ベッドマーキングはリクエストベース。2人で2泊したがタオル類は2泊分あったのでリクエストする事はなかった。

Overall it was good stay but hotel quality has been degraded in last few years in the most eastern part of US High prices but dirty hotels

Dirty rooms

We loved that comfort suite was very convenient and close to the airport, resources in the neighborhood and they were kind and helpful when we needed resources. They also offered great options for breakfast that my family and I really enjoyed.

I jad a quick turn around flight. The property was convenient for the time and distance, however, it took some time for the shuttle to come. I ended up taking an Uber back to the airport.

There was a problem with the key to the door to our room.

Overall good. Breakfast was better than the other hotel we stayed at. We arrived at around 2:00 am the man at the front desk was rude and charged us $10 + tax for each of our 2 kids even though the price was the same for up to 5 people and we were just 2 adults and 2 kids, but the next morning the lady at the front desk made it right and gave us a refund. Other than that the hotel was comfortable and affordable with great breakfast!

Selected a hotel with a hot tub. During my stay the pool and hot tub were closed.

Way too crowded and with tired and grumpy cruise ship passengers everywhere. I think the cruise lines must contract this hotel. Breakfast was a zoo; No place to sit at all; Orange juice was sour, and waffle mix was empty. Phone in room did not work at all. Had to go to lobby when ask a question. Housekeeping just walked in our door a hour before checkout asking us when we were planning to leave. Lady at front desk told it's $10 for a late checkout when we asked. Nothing at all to do in the area, just a Waffle House 10 min walk. For a similar price there are much better quality hotels in the area that aren't overrun by cruise passengers. Not coming back.
