宿泊を取る時に朝食を付けなくても、隣にサービスエリアがあるのでマクドナルドやケンタッキー、スタバ好きなお店を選んで行けるのと時間を気にせず利用できるので楽でした。

高速のサービスエリア内にあるホテル。周囲にはファーストフード含め食べ物屋多い。ホテルスタッフは親切。バリアフリールームに宿泊。駐車場に面したグランドフロア（1階）だが、静かで良く眠れた。部屋は広く、シャワールームにバスタブもあった。WIFIも問題なく使えた。良く使うLuton空港にも行きやすいので、今後も使用したいと思う。

It was an ok stay. Very basic and a bit tired looking but clean enough if you don’t inspect the stained mattress and marks on the walls. Plus points helpful staff and free parking and next to a service station with an express M&S, Macdonalds, Greggs etc. plenty of electric charging on site.

Quite spacious room for budget price. Friendly staff. Draft beer was an unexpected bonus. Lots of places to eat nearby and free parking.

Reception manager was not welcoming or helpful. Would not stay here again just because of that. No one on the desk when I left or at any other time. Its a room and thats it. Looks dated.

Easy immediate parking, straightforward wi-wi. Decent desk space. Next to services so can get food/supplies nextdoor as you need.

We’re disturbed all night by rude guests. Staff were not willing to come and check in on the noise and put an end to it. I was woken up at least 5 times before 3.30am. Management completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation.

Breakfast was just a few bits in a box. Bar lounge was a lounge with the bar at reception. Really a basic hotel on a motorway service area.

Stayed in a room I used before, about a month ago, when I reported sewerage coming up out of the shower plug hole, stinking the room out. This was still occurring on this visit. I left a hat behind a fortnight ago and phoned the hotel to inform them; I was told it would be put in the 'lost property' collection and I could retrieve it the next time I stayed (this weekend). Despite it being clearly marked the 2 male members of staff, on duty over the weekend, claimed not to be able to find it. It was only when I was checking out on the Monday morning that the lady on reception was able to return it to me - it took her about 30 seconds to find it.

There was no plug for the bathroom sink and one couldn't be provided. The heating in the room didn't work.

This isn’t the Ritz by any stretch of the imagination, but in terms of value for money, convenience and facilities on the doorstep you’ll struggle to find better if you have reason to be in this area.

Nice welcoming receptionist & check in organised very quickly. Spacious room with a comfy bed and extra pillows too.

Good room but very noisy extractor fan in bathroom. However, great location and loads of choices for quick eating in the food hall

The staff was courteous and friendly. The room was adequate for my stay. Unfortunately, the shower room smelt of cigarettes; it was very obvious. Its a shame none of the cleaning staff had done anything to remove the smell.

After washing in the bathroom sink I let the water out and what I can inly describe as stinking sewerage shot out of the shower plug hole and I had to be moved to another room, which had no handle on the window and, as such, could not be securely closed.
