宿泊を取る時に朝食を付けなくても、隣にサービスエリアがあるのでマクドナルドやケンタッキー、スタバ好きなお店を選んで行けるのと時間を気にせず利用できるので楽でした。

高速のサービスエリア内にあるホテル。周囲にはファーストフード含め食べ物屋多い。ホテルスタッフは親切。バリアフリールームに宿泊。駐車場に面したグランドフロア（1階）だが、静かで良く眠れた。部屋は広く、シャワールームにバスタブもあった。WIFIも問題なく使えた。良く使うLuton空港にも行きやすいので、今後も使用したいと思う。

A relaxing place to stay and certainly better than a tent!!

Feel like I got “slagged shamed” for wake up at 3am to the extreme heat in the rooms. (As there is no air con and it’s been over 30 degrees that day) came down to get a drink as my bottle was worm for the worker to ask if I was “tired” to which I replied “yes I work up due to the heat”. She judged me by my age. Little did she know I was there visiting due to a business trip not pleasure. Next time don’t judge someone because they’re young.

Horrible experience

Sadly would not stay again. Needs a complete refurbishment and WHEN will big hotel chains realise that someone in a wheelchair is highly unlikely to be able to get in a bath!! I specified wet room, yet no one bothered to look or let me know. Outside of the hotel looks like no one has cleaned in years. At reception/bar there is a list of drinks available, but when asked, told of that’s for other hotels, we don’t have that! Try M&S!!! I did get a small bottle of wine from M&S, to find no glass provided in the room and the mugs were both chipped. Almost felt sorry for the guy on reception. Oh and when my husband dropped his pills down the side of the bed, when I moved the bedside table….. it was disgusting 😫 advertised behind reception was ‘rooms available from £59.95…. Not great when you’ve paid £120 for this! I’m sorry Days Inn, you won’t be getting any more trade from us.

Staff were great,plenty of parking and food court next door was handy with a train station 7min drive away.

Hi all, I hope this is helpful. Overall, the room was satisfactory for my stay. Unfortunately, the weather was very hot, and while the room had a good fan, it was quite noisy — so it was a bit of a trade-off between heat and sound. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, including the bathroom. However, the room itself felt a little tired and could benefit from some updating, such as fresh paint and attention to some worn or unfinished areas. In summary, it was suitable for a one-night work stopover, but I might feel differently if staying with family.

Easy free parking right near the hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and quiet. I had a good nights sleep

The room was ideal for one night with a comfortable bed and a spacious room. Check-in was quick and we were able to get to our room quickly. There’s no restaurant in the hotel but there is a full service station next door for anyone who needs refreshments/breakfast

The staff were very friendly and helpful. After returning to our room after going out realised the window was broken, it wouldn't close and was lose at the top. Spoke to reception and found us another room. The second room window didn't open at all but at least didn't hear all the noise from outside.

For some reason, even though when I attended, I was very polite and straightforward shared my required details, even though it's a dodgy motel hotel scenario . the member of staff who was an older Asian or black looking gentlemen I genuinely would say watch out and be careful for him because he likes to take up a lot more of your time than he needs to, requests unnecessary details and was also quite intrusive I felt almost harassed

It was an ok stay. Very basic and a bit tired looking but clean enough if you don’t inspect the stained mattress and marks on the walls. Plus points helpful staff and free parking and next to a service station with an express M&S, Macdonalds, Greggs etc. plenty of electric charging on site.

Quite spacious room for budget price. Friendly staff. Draft beer was an unexpected bonus. Lots of places to eat nearby and free parking.

Reception manager was not welcoming or helpful. Would not stay here again just because of that. No one on the desk when I left or at any other time. Its a room and thats it. Looks dated.

Easy immediate parking, straightforward wi-wi. Decent desk space. Next to services so can get food/supplies nextdoor as you need.

We’re disturbed all night by rude guests. Staff were not willing to come and check in on the noise and put an end to it. I was woken up at least 5 times before 3.30am. Management completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation.
