このホテルは観光、ビジネスに於いては中途半端なロケーションにあります。 私の場合仕事先が目の前ですので、今回このホテルに宿泊しましたが、施設としては 非常に納得がいく内容でした。 部屋も広く、テラスもあり、私自身気に入っています。 しかしインターネット環境が悪く、この点を改善して欲しいと思っています。 多分インドの人には問題は無いでしょうが、外国人にとっては、このインターネット環境では 駄目です。 ここのＷＩ－ＦＩ設備は多分セキュリティー上、インドの人用に作られており、外国人にとっては、 使えないものです。他のホテルでも同じ様にＷＩ－ＦＩが即使えない場所は沢山あります。 外国人にも簡単に使える環境にしてもらいたいものです。 あと、ルーム・サービスで食べましたチキン・クラブ・サンドイッチはとても美味しかった。 それと、このホテルでは４種類のビールの醸造をしていますが、私自身納得のいく味では ありませんでした。

Outside the hotel, the access roads are narrow, filthy but had no bad odor.

Excellent Stay Warm & Friendly Staff Ever Willing to assist Staff

We had health issue and ask for the refund but they refused and didn’t respond until the end off checking in time finished other wise I could have asked someone else to stay there.Very disappointed with this hotel and hotel.com as well

Lovely property but no welcome from staff when you arrive and same at the reception area checking was worse that probably 2 stars staff didn’t look like they are interested in us and when we were their they have offered welcome drinks to othe customers who were before us but they were not looked happy as well.Room were okay but look old and shower was just normal.When you see property from outside it’s looks amazing but stay and service is not fantastic .we had dinner at night at multi cousin restaurant and when I ordered pizza it was looks like they had frozen ready made pizza and just warm it up in the oven.Breakfast in the morning was very good and all the staff from poolside restaurant were wonderful.we were going to come back again to stay after one night so we ask if they can store our luggage and they refused .We had another night booked and unfortunately we had a health issue and we had to cut our trip short and we ask for refund and again they refused. They had cut off time to refund on 28th February and one of us had health issue and we contacted them on 1st march early afternoon and we supposed to stay on 3rd march and they refused.When we seen the property I was amazed but with all this bad experience I would not recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay experiencing best of hospitality standards - stayed 2 nights with my spouse & kids in superior room which was good enough, but since it was city facing, we were not fortunate to get beautiful view from the room. The biggest asset for the resort is their entire staff which is very friendly, welcoming & caring. I would specially mention Surekha here, who served us during breakfast, took extreme care for our kids' and was personally greeting each & every guest and took care of their requirements. The property is huge and has very good ambience. It is lush green in this rainy season. The food is delicious and though we had less options for Jain food, the taste was good. Swimming pool is well maintained. Kid's play area was closed due to rains and some work there. This is the only point where I would say the resort could not get marks from us. We were there with our 2 daughters under 5 years and they were craving to play & use slides, swing, etc in the play area, but could not. If the management can do something like put a roof above it, so that even in rainy season visitor's kids can play, that would be great. But nevertheless, our kids enjoyed the swimming pool & toddler's room. Had a good time overall - memorable & comfortable experience indeed.

My room seemed like an older model &it was smaller than expected. I do like that they have a lot of amenities & activities for you there. They have a variety in restaurants as well. Very quite place; a place to get away.

Hotel is very nicely build but very bad managed specially by housekeeping and Maintenance Staff. Air Condition of our rooms didn't function for entire night

Resort was nice, but a lot of driving through congested neighborhoods to get here. Breakfast starts at 7:30am, so not the best option for early-start business travel.
