トイレの便座は暖房が効いておらず、ランドリールームはホテルの一番奥にあり、本当に不快でした。

清潔で快適なホテルで、どこに行くにも近いです。ありがとうございました。

スタッフはとても親切で感じがよかったので、サービスに不満はありませんが、部屋の清潔さは別問題です。こんなに汚い部屋は見たことがありません。子供がいて一緒に寝たかったのでベッドを移動しなければなりませんでしたが、ベッドの下には実に不潔な物がありました。おそらく何年も埃が溜まっていました。チェックイン時に夕方にホテルに部屋の掃除をお願いしたところ、翌日まで待つように言われました。部屋は寒かったのですが、埃が部屋中に散らばるのを避けたいのでエアコンはつけませんでした。埃があちこちに溜まっていたからです。 絶対にまたここに泊まることはありません。

場所は主要道路沿いにあり、ホテルの隣にはローソンがあり、そこから少し離れた辻木市場で朝食をとることもできます。昨日はホテルで朝食をとりました。朝食はただ提供されただけです。 3つのメニュー。和食メニュー、洋食メニュー、中華メニューがございます。私たちは日本のメニューを試してみましたが、とても美味しかったです

地下鉄とコンビニが近い

Very strategic nice small hotel located near both Ginza and Tsukiji. Very good access in walking distance to Tokyo Metro subway stations (Higashi Ginza and Tsukiji station), plus JR Hatchobori station to go straight to Tokyo Disneyland (JR Maihama station). Lawsons and other food stuffs are just downstairs! Love it and will stay here again

I had an “ok” stay. Downside is the mattress or maybe the blanket is itchy.

This hotel is good for stay since their location is very strategic near ginza and also near train station. Also the hotel room is clean. And surround the hotel have a lot of restaurant and convenient store.

This hotel is very clean this is very important to me. All the receptionist are very helpful and speaks good english. And you can keep your luggage after check out if you want to explore tokyo a little bit more until your flight
