夫婦で２週間ほど滞在しました。ロケーションは最高でカタルーニャ広場や音楽堂は徒歩数分です。近くには数店のスーパーがあります。フロントは２４時間サービスで安心です。アパートメントはオートロック、お部屋はフル装備です。リビングなども広々としていて使い勝手は良いと思います。少々長く滞在される方にはお勧めです。

お湯を少し使い過ぎるとお湯が出なくなり、水になってしまう。タンクに溜まる湯量が常に少ない気がする。 それ以外は、とても良い。

CASP74に大人2人、子ども1人で5泊しました。 バルセロナの主要な観光地まで、どこでも歩いていける距離で、とても便利でした。 洗濯機やキッチンも付いているので、バルセロナに暮らすように旅を楽しむことが出来ました。 スタッフの方も親切で、空港からのタクシーの手配や、夜も空いている近所のお店の案内など、必要なサポートを快くしてくれました。 またバルセロナに行く際は、ぜひ利用したいと思います！！

部屋も広くて清潔な感じです。 ただ、お湯が出なくなって、夜シャワーの時に困りました。 朝も、トイレに入ったところ、水が流れず、焦りました。 それ以外は、アパートなので、キッチンもついていますし、ネスプレッソのコーヒーマシーンとカプセルも置いてあり、赤ワインのボトルも1本サービスされていました。 滞在が、夜中にバルセロナに着き、1泊だけでしたので、もう少し長く滞在するには、水の問題以外は、良い施設だと思います。

レセプションが24時間空いているので何時に到着しても安心です。 初日にブレカーが落ちて寝室の電気だけつかないトラブルはありましたが夜中だったのもあり、次の日の朝出かける時にトラブルを伝えておいたら戻ったときには治っていました‼︎ その他困ったこともなく、部屋もきれいでキッチンも広く快適に過ごせました。 スーパーやコンビニ、薬局などすべて近くに揃っています。 英語も通じるので英語が話せれば不便はないと思います。

兎に角、立地は最高です。 サクラダファミリアにも歩いて行けますし、地下鉄も近いので非常に便利です. 家族四人で宿泊しましたが、全く問題ありませんでした。 朝ごはんも近くにお店があるので、パンや飲み物を前日に購入して食べたので、安く上がりました。翌日、ツアーに申込んでいて、荷物の保管を心配していたのですが、専用の収容場所が用意されていて、荷物の心配なしにツアーに参加出来ました。荷物をピックアップした後、クルーズに参加しましたが、タクシーも手配してくれました。英語が通じたので、全く問題なかったです。 欠点をしいていうなら、四人での宿泊で、シャワーで最後の一人がお湯が出なくなり、冬でしたので、これはきつかったみたいです。

時間がなく、タクシーばかり使っていたけれど、メトロの駅も近いし便利な立地だと思う。

中心街のランブラス通りから徒歩20分ぐらいかかりますが、小さなコンビニや小さな路面店がちょこちょこ近くにあり、静かで、ロングステイにはぴったりの場所にあります。凱旋門に近く、地下鉄の駅が徒歩10分内にあるので、観光には便利です。周りにはっきりした目印がないので、最初は道に迷ったりしましたが、ホテルの前に周りの建物とは違った近代的な立体駐車場があるので、目印になってよかったです。 帰りのタクシーをチェックイン時に頼んでいたのですが、帰る前日に確認したら予約出来てなかったので、スペインらしいな〜と感じました。

これって高級マンション？って思わせる素晴らしいアパートメントでした。それにgreat location!でした。サグラダファミリアにも地下鉄ですぐでした。おすすめのホテルです。

CASP74 was such a lovely stay. This was a last-minute booking due to a mix-up from a different company, but they were able to accommodate an early check-in, as well as had a crib ready in our unit. The building is very centrally located, making exploring and sightseeing easy. The unit was clean, with a stocked kitchen and an in-unit washing machine.

Very clean apartment with comfortable beds. More importantly the apartment was in great location with lots of nearby restaurants and cafes.

Lugar incrível,espaçoso e confortável. A ambilidade dos funcionários em especial o senhor Jordi que é muito atencioso,muito simpático e muito gentil. Muito bem localizado,perto de tudo. A cama é muito confortável e macia. Tem todos os utensílios de cozinha, Tudo me fez sentir como se estivesse em casa.

Great apartment with everything we needed in the kitchen. The lounge is really big with a nice rug, so perfect for toddlers running about and playing with toys while we got ready. Only issue we had is the main bedroom isn't really big enough for the cot - it blocks all wardrobes. And the 2nd room doesn't have wardrobes - they're in the hall. Didn't cause us any big problems for 6 nights, but would have been difficult if we were there longer. It was great to be able to whatsapp exactly what we needed from housekeeping, and they make a good effort with recycling (different bins). Location was brilliant - loads of bus options, and most things walkable. Really recommend this place!

The stay was great everyone is helpfu at the reception, if you need are big group they can call taxi for you in minutes don’t wast your time on apps, the property is walakaae to everywhere close to public transportation, One small thin was a funny smell in the apartment, I think next door was cooking I assume other than that everything was perfect

Stayed here for a couple nights with my family of 4. It was nice to have the extra space with the 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen, living room and laundry was a plus. It is located in a safe area and easy to walk to restaurants and tourist areas. They also provided a welcome bottle of wine. Check in and check out was easy and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great stay.
