セミスイートの様な部屋に泊まりました ホテル内は非常に綺麗で、部屋、ロビー、エレベーター前のロビーのどれもが素敵でした 他のホテルに比べると立地が良くないのか、同クラスのホテルとくらべて、サービス等はかなり良いと感じました バポレットの駅(St. Stae:スターエ駅)から徒歩1分くらいですので、初めて行く人にはわかりやすいと思います

とても素敵なホテルです！ 部屋も綺麗で水周りも広く、アメニティもエトロで揃えられていて高級感があります。 カナル・グランデが見える部屋を予約したため、ヴェネツィアらしさを存分に味わうことができました。 せっかくなのでちょっと奮発してグランカナル沿いの部屋に滞在されることをお薦めします。 ホテル内も元邸宅の趣を残しつつ改装されているので散策するのもいいですね。 サン・スタエ停留所のすぐ横にありますが、エントランスが分かりにくく迷子になるかもしれませんので簡単に行き方を書いておきます↓ 教会のすぐ左にある小さな橋を渡り、回廊を抜けた細い道（幅1ｍぐらい）を左に曲がると入口があります。 次はスイートに泊まってみたいと思います

This is a cool hotel, but be aware. They are going through major renovation. The Canal view room that I paid for believing it would be the grand Canal from the pictures was a small window about the size of a shoebox, looking out the back of the hotel at a small canal. The original room was so small we couldn’t fit our Carry-on luggage in it with us. We asked him to change us to another room and they did so happily it was a huge room with a view of what they call the garden. The room was great except every morning at 8:30. They started construction in the room above us. If you go out in Venice and want to enjoy the city and eat late as most Venetians, do this is not the hotel you want to stay in while they go through this renovation. On the upside, the staff was fantastic and the place is so clean and brand new for the rooms that are finished. They are spectacular. Amazing marble bathrooms, nice beds and amenities in the room.

This was a beautiful hotel with incredible amenities and right next to a taxi stop on the canal. One of the best locations only three stops away from the train station.

I took my wife to celebrate her 50th birthday with our family and Hotel Palazzo Giovanelli did not dissapoint. From our first arrival the staff we absolutely wonderful. The rooms, fantastic, clean and well appointed. The location of the hotel is perfect for an arrival from the airport via water taxi or Vaporetto and is within easy walking distance from all the main areas, however, it is in a really nice and quiet location, meaning you do not feel in the middle of the tourist maddness! A great base for a stay in Venice - highly recommended. We will definately be back!

Amazing stay on our last stop of 2-week trip through Italy. Top-notch service, clean, good location, authentic property, convenience of a dock right on the Grand Canal, and a good breakfast to start each day. We received an upgraded room for our anniversary along with a bottle of chilled prosecco awaiting us - such a nice gesture which we really appreciated! The jr suite gave us much more room and a balcony. Heads up - There are complimentary tours to Murano which we didn’t know about - save money $/or headache figuring out zaporettos. Truly wonderful property but the service was the best!

Tolles Haus am Canale Grande. Schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit riesigem Bett und toller Aussicht. Nur der Frühstücksraum ist etwas klein und die zwei Kellner waren zwischenzeitlich mit den Gästen überfordert. Die Vaporetto-Station nebenan ist perfekt

Staff was wonderful at check-in. Hotel is beautiful and the room was very inviting.

Our stay was ideal for multiple nights in Venice. The staff was helpful and fun to visit with. The location next to San Stae was very convenient and the breakfast exceeded expectations! The rooms were well appointed and recently remodeled but werw tight and the mattresses were beyond firm (our only real complaint). I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

It was easy to check in. Hotel was close to everything.
