１階のフロアーは、朝食会場も含め暖房されていなかった。事情はあると思うが、朝食会場だけでも暖かくしてあればよいと感じた。 また初日に室内スリッパがなかったが、2日目には補充されていた。 両替ができると良かった。

今後の問題点として、 展示会開催中は、室料が上がることと、部屋が取れなくなってきた。

青島のホリデイインをイメージしてましたが、全くの別物でした。 建物は新しいですが、場所は不便な上に、朝食がまずい。青島ではホリデイインは朝食が美味しいので人気ですが、とにかく朝食付きの価格に見合わない残念な内容です。 スタッフの対応は、可もなく不可もなくです。最近は日本の衛星放送が、どこのホテルでも映らない所が多いようです。こちらもチャンネル設定はあるが映りませんでした。 少し遠くても快適なホテルを、と思い予約しましたが2度と泊まらないと思います。

何故ここを選んでしまったのか、、 本当に後悔してます。 ホテルのスタッフの方には罪がなく、ハードの問題だと思う。 ※照明が暗い。ホテルの全体が冷たく寒く感じた。 ※自分の調査が足りなかったが、空港から遠い。 ※シャワーの水が室外に漏れ、スーツケースが濡れた。(ありえへん) ※いつもJALCityホテルに泊まっており、費用が同額でこのグレードの違いにショックだった。(安ければ、仕方ないと思えたが、、確か４星での掲載だったゆえに、厳しい投稿となった。)

I could not sleep because the cigarette smell was too strong. The breakfast is luxurious though!

Great place! Nice staff!

First, the bathroom smelled like rotten piss and had rust in the corners. On the second day, the smell worsened. We brought the issue to the front desk, and they offered air freshener. It wasn’t effective, and the smell remained in the room. We informed the front desk again and asked for a room swap, but were told there were none available. Instead we were told to shower on another floor and return to our original room to sleep, which was an unreasonable request for three young girls late at night. We refused and they offered a suite, but when we entered the room, we were greeted with giant hand prints on the wall, which frightened us out of our wits. Out of pure fear, we rushed out of the room and returned to the front desk where we refused another offer for a bigger suite. Instead of risking our sense of safety, we decided to return to our original room where we were prevented from showering due to the extremely unhygienic conditions. Not to mention, the pillows had yellow stains on it, making it unusable and forcing two people to share a pillow. The slippers also had visible debris in it. The cheap price may be tempting, but it’s’ not worth it if you want a comfortable stay. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Smooth, comfortable stay. The rooms were a bit dark and the bed a little uncomfortable. But, it is typical for hotels of this class as was the buffet breakfast. Overall, an enjoyable experience. I would stay here again.

Very friendly staff.

People working there gave us excellent attention.

NICE HOTEL, GOOD FACILITIES

旁邊有全家便利店，走到對面再往前走一段，有很多餐廳，再往前走還有購物中心 往酒店後面走一段也有很多小餐廳

room is very comfortable, big and clean. Service was also good and staff was helpful. Breakfast was also great and there was a seperate area for IHG members. Only thing about the hotel is that it is far from any shopping malls and no subway nearby. Have to take cab everywhere. Nearest food place is 15minutes walk away nearer to Holiday Day Inn express hotel.

I was attending a trade show at the NECC and there was a free shuttle service in the morning but not in the evening. Plus found out better hotels at walking distance to NECC at same price so will not stay again
