若干治安が悪い地域ですが 空港から近くスタッフが親切なのはgood!

A CLEAN place during the off-season week. Worth coming back when my family comes out west.

It had a very homey atmosphere. Staff was very pleasant. Loved that we could pull right up to our door. Everything was spotless. We would definitely return!

I had to travel 3 hours to Erie to sit for a boards test on Monday morning. Everything from the cost to the service to the cleanliness and comfortability of the room was perfect. I was alone, so the size of the room was great. The bathroom was updated and the shower head was heavenly. I was having a problem with the microwave late in the evening and the kind lady at the front desk hooked me up with one to use right away. I highly recommend the Glass Inn if you’re ever in that area. Also- I passed my boards exam!!! From Audrey P, RtR

We were greeted promptly and warmly by the staff. The room was amenable and clean, fully stocked with a small fridge/microwave/iron. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets, as well as a large tv. Breakfast was served in a common area, but I would've loved some warm chai instead of the coffee served. The breakfast included dry cereals and fresh fruit along with some small pastries, all complimentary. We gladly would've paid more for a small menu of warm eggs and toast. Overall, we were pleased and would definitely return and recommend to friends.

We stay every time we drive through Erie. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are recently redone and clean. Some rooms have actual recliners which i like.

Older property with clean functional updates. It was hard to find a night, signage looked like it was damaged in a storm

True effort was made to make this a good place to stay…BUT..had to keep fan on all night to keep the room warm. It was freezing WHEN WE ARRIVED. Very Loud but had to be kept on to try and get it to room temp. Freezing bathroom floor, old floor heating system should be removed. Very unsightly. Room looks way better in photos than in reality.

Rooms were updated and very accommodating

We needed a place to stay before heading to the St. Vincent surgery center in the morning, and the location of this hotel made it very easy to get there. Our room was clean and the staff was nice. They are currently making some renovations, so although it was a little messy in the lobby, I’m sure it will look great when finished. The staff was also helpful when we had to cancel an extra room that we had booked. This hotel isn’t fancy at all, but it worked well for us!

Nice room, very comfortable and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. only drawback is that there was zero breakfast offered.

The room was clean,comfortable,warm and not much noise. It is close to a few fast food places and a short distance to the Bayfront Conference. Will definitely stay there again next year

We love the Glass House Inn, my partner and I stay there every time we visit Erie, which we do semi-regularly. Clean, comfy, quiet, just a lowkey place to lay your head while you enjoy your time in Erie.
