総合評価とレビュー InterContinental Hotels SANYA RESORT, an IHG Hotel

1/31-1/2で家内と二人でｸﾗﾌﾞﾙｰﾑに宿泊しました。部屋は綺麗で使いやすかったですが、ﾗｸﾞｰﾝに面していて海が見えず、またﾊﾞﾙｺﾆｰでくつろいでいると他の部屋のﾊﾞﾙｺﾆｰから丸見えなのと話し声が響いて落ち着かなかった。ｸﾗﾌﾞﾗｳﾝｼﾞは食べるものが軽食程度で少しがっかり。また、ﾌﾛﾝﾄからｸﾗﾌﾞﾌﾛﾝﾄまで離れていて不便でした。ｺﾞﾙﾌの予約を事前にお願いしていましたが、当日で大丈夫との回答でﾁｪｯｸｲﾝ時にお願いしましたが一杯で予約できないと言われｶﾞｯｶﾘ。ﾘｿﾞｰﾄｾﾝﾀｰの方が親身に他のｺﾞﾙﾌ場を探してくれたので何とかﾌﾟﾚｲできて良かったですが、ﾌﾛﾝﾄの対応にはｶﾞｯｶﾘしました。

三亜のリゾートホテルを利用するのは初めて。中国のリゾートということでどんなものか若干の不安もありましたが、一旦ホテルに入るとこれまで訪れたリゾートと同様で、快適に過ごすことができました。プールサイドや浜辺でデッキチェアに寝転がり、本を読んだり寝たり、街中の喧騒から隔離された静かな環境の中でゆったりとしたリゾートライフを過ごしました。若干残念なのは海がさほど綺麗ではないこと。ホテルから眺める海は非常に美しくきれいなのですが、海辺まで行くと若干ゴミがあったりして、海で泳いでいる人はあまりいませんでした。海で泳ぐつもりが無いのであれば、何ら問題ないいいホテルだと思います。

部屋は快適でプールも広くサービスも行き届いていた。

There for a short break during the work week. It was a great way to unwind - walking on the beach, sitting by the pool sipping beer. Definitely a place to go for that much needed break

세월의 흔적이 느껴지긴 했지만 자연친화적으로 잘 관리된 깨끗한 숙소였어요

Everything was good. Just wished they know that this is a tropical resort n accept sarong as a form of dress. When they told me to get dressed properly in the club after a swim I found that horrendous!

老牌的五星级酒店，设施略显陈旧，房间里的潮味有点重，可能因为在水边所以湿度比较大，房门的电子锁也出现了电池没电刷不开卡的情况，但服务员很快给解决了。早餐很好，服务也不错，性价比还是高的，推荐。

Check in 無房要等到三点多. 入住時申請late check out 說可以到二点, 到走那天又說只能到一點, 餐廳食物水準很一般

Excellent location, staff very motivated, friendly and helpful. Facilities very clean and best conditioned. Furniture in our room might need an update.

Great shower design

there was a lack of staff working in the resort overall. there wasnt anyone at the beach to serve towels and drinks, we even need to clean up the glasses ourselves. concierge staffs not offering help on calling cabs or asking what our needs but chatting on their own. staffs in general were not proactively helpful - only direct you to here and there for service instead of helping/serving you. spa was great though. excellent service especially my spaist, Mary.

A wonderful hotel with great access to the beach. Staff are superb and Terrance did his utmost to make me have an enjoyable stay upon check in. The only thing that would be nicer is if they had more space near the beach front in the resort for the sea breeze where the palm trees don't block the sun.

Check in was a total nightmare. Booked 2 rooms and checked in at 1230pm and was told room will be ready at 3pm which is understandable. Returned at 3pm, got keys to 1 room and was told they’ll call me when the other room is ready. At 6pm when I returned to check because no call was made to me; they told me the other room was ready. All the guy at the front desk did was just blame the back office as if it wasn’t his problem.
