The Hotel Rialto is an absolute gem in the heart of downtown Victoria. The entire building, including our room, has character and style, was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The concrete building was very quiet, and the bar/restaurant The Palms downstairs is well worth the visit, although you can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as shopping and sightseeing. I would highly recommend the Rialto and would gladly stay there again.

Jin at the desk was amazing and very helpful. Really made our stay.

Rooms are dated and kept cold, amenities are lacking compared to comparable hotels in the area. Just not a warm or welcoming feel overall.

Wonderful clean, quiet, and well stocked room. Great location if you want to do a Victoria trip without a car. Near all the buses to the ferry, within walking distance of so much! Wake up, grab a coffee, one of the delicious cookies they supplied, and go look for seals down by the water!
