観光がメインではなかったものの、1日ホテルで仕事をするのも、少し食事を買いに出たりするのも便利でした。ホテルスタッフは細かいお願いも笑顔で対応してくれて、本当に感じが良かったです。

ロケーションは良い。少し古いが清潔で、好みのホテル。よく眠れた。 フロントが24時間らしいが、用事があって行っても女性二人とも出かけていたらしく誰もいなかったりした。チェックアウトの時、フロントの女性が長電話していてすごく待たされた。問い合わせの電話だったようだが、折り返しにして客の対応を優先してほしい。 シャンプーは泡立たなかった。 ウェルカムウォーターを用意して欲しい。

Hotel is situated in a great position, not too far from the centre. Clean and comfy

I liked the property for location and convenience. What I didn't like was the lack of a fan in the room ,and continued request for more towels. We came with 4 people which we paid for, yet only 2 or 3 towels everytime

Having to walk to the hotel at night from the off site parking areas was extremely concerning as a single female. The homeless would banter rude and offensive comments to me. The Hotel was lovely but they need to set up a Valet Service to and from the parking areas so their guests do not have to endure this

First time. Nice room and bedding. Bath towels were worn out. Otherwise everything was great. I liked having Palm bar right there. After hours area is very urban…

Very hospitable staff. Location was awesome to shop and walk to the inner harbour and China Town.

Room was not made up until 4:30 pm on the first day. Comments about lack of staff which a guest does not want to hear.

The building, the facilities, and the rooms were all very nice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, there are many street-people in the area on the nearby streets and at night it was a constant party and loud noise outside of our window at the corner of Douglas and Pandora until after 3am. As well the crosswalk signals continually chirp away through all hours of the night like an alarm clock. It is hard to overcome the inconvenience of the noise factor. The hotel even puts foam ear plugs in the drawer of the bedside table for your use. So, while the hotel does everything they can to make your stay enjoyable, the local environment greatly detracts from the experience.

Comfortable room and beds. Staff was very helpful. View was non existent….. actually looking into another room..
