ホテルフロアは５～１０階だが、最上階の１０階に泊まった。見晴らしはとても良く、室内も広々としており、調度品やアメニティも全てが文句なしでそろっていた。また僅かな（２０分程度の）外出であってもその間に清掃が入ってくれたので、滞在中は常にきれいで最高の状態で過ごすことができた。ヨハネスブルグを再訪問することがある場合には、再度宿泊したいホテルである。

スタッフはみんな対応が良かったです。滞在時間は短かったですが、快適に過ごせました。ワインボトルのサービスがありましたが、飲む機会が無かったのが残念です。ホテル一帯が連絡通路で結ばれてるため、レストラン、ショッピングをする事に治安面で心配する事はありませんでした。朝食は種類も多く美味しく頂けました。

ショッピングモールと直結しており、レストランも選べます。しかし、今回ホテルの送迎を依頼していたにも関わらず予約が通っておらず、空港からホテルに電話し、ドライバーの到着まで1時間待たされました。 送迎を利用する際には何度も確認することが必要かと思います。

治安面で非常に不安でしたのでその点において満足でした・

出張にて宿泊。立地は申し分ありません。Sandton駅すぐ。2つのショッピングモールが併設しており、外に出る事なく食事や買い物が出来ます。夜間の治安に不安を覚える方には、お勧めできます。 部屋や設備は新しく、綺麗です。スタッフは丁寧かつ明るく、好感が持てます。 部屋掃除が早朝から来たり、何かとホテルのスタッフが部屋をノックする事が頻繁にあったという印象です。面倒であれば、外出時以外はDo Not Disturbの札を出しておく事をお勧めします。 他、一時的にお湯が出なかったり、電話の発信が出来なかったりというトラブルがありましたが、海外ではよくある事なので特に気にしませんでした。

空港からは車で20~30分ほど。安全でショッピングセンターも隣にあり、立地もよい。清潔で、朝食もおいしいし、スタッフも礼儀正しく親切。基本的なホテルの質としては十分。

This property is located in a great place for a short stay in Johannesburg. It is basically next to a huge mall where you can spend the day shopping and dining. It is next to the Nelson Mandela square (there is an exit door from the hotel) where you can admire art or take a picture with a tall statue of Nelson Mandela. We only stayed two nights in Johannesburg and then continued our trip. For this purpose the hotel was perfect. In the morning there is a free shuttle to the "Hop on Hop off" tourist bus, which is a great way to get an overview of Johannesburg. We never even got off the bus. Da Vinci hotel is an upscale hotel, clean with great service. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Johannesburg.

The staff was great, very helpful getting us checked in, handling luggage, and recommending dining options.

Me and my daughter loved everything about this hotel. We special liked Peter who served us in the dining every morning. All the staff were amazing and can not fault anything. We are already planning our next holiday

Came from United States to South Africa for the first time. I wanted to celbrate my 4pth birthday. However, the hotel did not provide the room that i paid for. They kept blaming it on the booking agency. The did not accomdate. They wanted to provided a lower level room not equal to what i paid for. I cried on my birthday. I was in another country and very upset.

So very nice hotel with very nice amenities. But it is in the middle of a very busy downtown city center. Not particularly wise if you walk out at night.
