Lovely hotel. Pools weren't having the best day but we definitely were not there for the pool. Excellent staff. BEACH was incredible.

Very nice hotel a big plus when you arrive for check In and they welcome you with a delicious drink. Very close to beach, outside pool very clean and surrounded by beautiful green areas. Room was on second floor a little tight but bed was very comfortable

First time visiting Isla Holbox and we were already talking about coming back before the trip was even over. The bed was super comfortable and the rooms temp was controlled by a mini split which allowed us to drop the temp at night. The serenity beach bar connected to the hotel was perfect for eating/drinking during the day on the beach. They served beautiful cocktails and really good food. The ceviche, tartare and guac were our favorites. Javy was awesome and so attentive while we were hanging on the beach. We even ran into him later that night in town and he gave us great local recommendations. Gonna miss him!! The location was perfect — right by the beach but also an easy walk to town and all the restaurants. Would 100% stay here again. Dream Hotel was great and Holbox is such a beautiful, special place. We will be back!

Les planchers des chambres sont très affreux ont n’a pas le sentiment de propreté et pas assez de chaises long les grosses chaises longues sont vraiment trop grande et prennent beaucoup de place sur la plage donc le nombre est réduit considérablement et le prix de la nourriture est trop élevé comparé aux autres ils

Room was spotless, right on the beach.

Nuestra estancia fue excelente de principio a fin. El hotel estaba impecablemente limpio, se notaba el cuidado y la atención en cada detalle. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre con una sonrisa y disposición para ayudar. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Jorge en recepción, quien nos brindó un trato excepcional desde nuestra llegada, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y muy bien atendidos. También queremos agradecer a Leo y Juan, quienes fueron sumamente amables, respetuosos y atentos durante toda nuestra estancia. Sin duda fue una experiencia muy agradable y recomendamos este hotel ampliamente. Volveríamos con gusto.

Buena ubicación, muy buena atención y limpieza. Lo único el acceso a la habitación por escalera de caracol algo complicada para una persona mayor.

The rooms were cute and clean. We loved the balcony with the swing. The hotel is right in the beach and close to most things in town.

The location to town is good. The location of the beach is not that good and the beach area felt small and tiny - also compared to other hotels. The pool area was acceptable as you can not suntan by the pool. But this goes for a lot of the hotels. The breakfast was really great and the rooms are quite nice if you a partial sea view room

La chambre faisait face à la mer, même si ce n’était pas la première sur le bord et c’était une belle vue et en entendait les vagues de l’intérieur de la chambre. En fait je pense que la chambre 7 est la mieux située, car elle est juste un peu plus loin du bar du bord de la mer qui peut être un peu bruyant. L’hotel est agréable avec une belle végétation au milieu.

Frühstück war jeden Tag dass, selbe meine Freundin darf kein Gluten essen und sie hatte deswegen nur Früchte als Option auf Nachfrage konnte man auch nichts einrichten. Waren dann immer außerhalb frühstücken wo es überall auch glutenfreies Brot gab :) Zimmer war sauber allerdings kam 3x ein penetranter Gülle Geruch aus den Abflüssen hoch für ein paar Stunden am Tag. Insgesamt wirkte das Hotel sehr runtergekommen und würde eine renorvierung gut tuen.

room was very nice and location is pretty close to town for restaurants and shopping. beach club is awesome with great service from Bob/o. room is clean and spotless. no hot water for sink but shower is strong and very hot. room AC gets very cold and we wished for a blanket. no TV in rooms. also. no wash clothes. breakfast was very good but it does get crowded
