We checked in after a long flight. Nice livingroom area. Comfortable beds. We would stay again.

We had an excellent stay and Kimmie at the front desk was amazing. We were traveling with my elderly parents, and she was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of her way to assist us. She deserves a bonus/raise!

Close to everything

Rooms are huge, very clean. Beds are comfortable, sheets are soft. We didn't use the television but its placement was great. We left too early to enjoy breakfast. We did walk to the nearby shopping center. Pleanty of fiod options.

Honestly when you factor in the huge breakfast spread and the free shuttle to and from the airport, the hotel is practically free! Very friendly staff.

The driver from the airport to the hotel was horrible. When you arrive you are suppose to call the driver for pickup. He hung up on me three times and extremely rude.

The staff was waiting for us, we arrived late and the shuttle bus was on time.

Usually there is complimentary breakfast, but we were charged. I wish I had known that in the beginning also, the bathroom was smelly and not clean the sheets look rumpled. I was there after 10 Hour Dr. so just dropped to sleep, but it was unacceptable I will not be staying in Hyatt anymore

Nice room, quiet, shuttle service to/from airport, shopping dining and some entertainment in walking distance!

The room was comfortable and clean. Some reception staff were not particularly friendly. Breakfast was like a cafeteria. It was hard to find a table. Even though there wasn’t any tea making facilities in the room, at least there was a microwave so that I could heat up water to make a cup of tea. Not everyone drinks coffee. Conveniently close to the airport.

This is an ideal place for a quick safe and convenient stay in the Hollywood Fort Lauderdale area. I would recommend.
