モントリオールで年越しをするためこのホテルを利用しました。年越しだったためか、朝食にシャンパンが提供されたりだったりと、良い思い出しかありません。ただ、ホテルから駅まで少し遠く厳しい寒さの中、徒歩は少し辛かったです。

Great stay and helpful staff

Great location across from the park. Helpful staff. Older building not friendly for heavy luggage. No thermostat control and room was uncomfortably warm.

While the staff was wonderful and the location great, the hotel itself presented a few problems. Firstly, parking is a bit dodgy on a pretty busy street and, while there, another patron had their vehicle stolen. Secondly, the bathroom had some issues. Very under appointed with a loose toilet seat and clothes hook on the door. But, for me, the greatest issue was perhaps of my own making, that being as an old building, there is no elevator, which I understood when I booked the room. But it was 40 steps up a very steep, narrow stairway to the third-floor room. I would recommend, that if you stay here, book a room on the first two floors unless you are traveling with your own Sherpa.

Beautiful building in best location.

Everything was great here. The only thing to take note of is that you don’t have control of your own air-conditioning, which is not noted in the description. But honestly, we were there in early June and we were completely comfortable. We also liked how this was so walkable to the park and other neighborhood amenities like restaurants and bars. The parking can be a little precarious, but we did not have any issues. I will say the bathroom was a bit small but completely workable for two people.

Ótima localização, se frente para um dos parques mais lindos da cidade. Está há 10’ de caminha do metrô, dois blocos acima tem uma avenida fechada com várias lojas e restaurantes. Ficaria novamente, com certeza. Único ponto que não tem elevador, então, pessoas com mobilidade reduzida precisam buscar outra opção. Senti calor na segunda noite, bati na porta do zelador (quarto 14) e ele ajustou o termostato.

Fue una encantadora sorpresa este hotel, la habitación muy confortable, el personal muy atento.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and filling. The location across from the park was lovely! Fans in the rooms would help since the AC is centrally controlled. Also, screens on the windows would be great. We tried opening our windows and promptly had a wasp come in the room. We were able to shoo it out without being stung.

Thank you to the staff for making our trip easy and enjoyable, the room was very clean and everything was explained to us how Montreal works especially for parking since it was our first time staying there. Thank you to them for going beyond to make our trip memorable . We would be staying again should we go back for a visit.

The bathroom was slippery and I knocked my head and my knees when I fell in the tab. I told the staff about the incident and asked that they put some kind of anti slip in the bath tub. They promised to do that but they did not. We also asked for new towels but we did not receive that either.

Agradable lugar muy bonito

We stayed here last year and noticed the difference between the two. Our room had no air conditioning as it's controlled by the front desk and when we asked for it to be turned on they told us they would but never did and recommended we open a window. This was not the case last year. We had two rooms and both sinks were clogged. Parking is difficult at times. Positives - our room was clean and the location is fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay and would choose without question to visit again. I am picky, particularly about cleanliness, but we found the room immaculate -- and very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was quiet and the staff were quite pleasant. The rooftop deck was a nice option, though we didn't ever use it. The neighborhood was lively and relaxed, and we were charmed by the beautiful park right across the street, as well as delicious pastries, poutine, and coffee treats within blocks. We felt happy and easily at home the whole time we were staying here.

Easy peasy place to stay for a quick in and out. Perfect location.
