レセプションな感じもよく部屋はとても清潔で機能的だった。 朝食のブュッフェも良かった

レセプションの人をはじめ、ホテルスタッフ皆さんの対応が大変良かった。

セキュリティに問題あり。 隣の部屋のカードキーで自分の部屋の鍵が開く。 安心して、眠れない！

エクスペディアでお得に泊まれました。とても良かったです

部屋は広くて、清潔。電気ポットとティシュがおいて無いのが残念。

鉄道利用者には便利なホテル

旧市街からのロケーションが良かった。 ロビーのスタッフの対応が良かった。

Close to old town and the Guggenheim Museum. Nice walk along the river.

サンチアゴ駅と旧市街入口のほぼ中間にある。隣はやや大きめのスーパーなので便利。朝食は7時開始で、団体と個人とはレストランを分けてある。暖かいものはスクランブルエッグ、ベーコン、ソーセージだけだが、野菜が無い以外は味もまずまずで、大きな不満はない。部屋は広めで、建物が新しいだけに気持ちが良い。なおこの地に来たらボタフメイロを見たいものだが、12時からのミサに参列したら見ることができました。

This hotel is close to the station, just 5 minutes' walk. Of course, not so far from the Catedral. But there is no coffee/tea set in guest room.

Buena ubicación

Great location, incredibly helpful staff, nice and spacious rooms, plenty of groceries/stores nearby. The breakfast buffet was OK (perhaps would be nicer with a bit latger selection of options; but it wasn't bad at all)

No parking available to load and unload your luggage. Breakfast marginal but great location.

The hotel is located 4-5 blocks from the historic area and 7-8 from the Cathedral what makes it very convenient. There is parking at a preferred rate just across the street, also very convenient. Breakfast is quite good. The rooms are very small and if you can, try to get a lower floor as the elevators take forever when the hotel is full. We were in the last floor (8th) and the hotel was pretty full making our “commute” to and from the room quite long.

Fui durante la fiesta de los san fermines, está un poco alejando del centro pero eso para nosotros fue una ventaja, ya que estaba muy tranquilo y se puede descansar. El hotel muy bonito, limpio y bien cuidado.

La habitación estaba bien pero la ventana daba a una terraza donde habia materiales de construccion pintura etc, mu feo, daba sensación de suciedad y de cerramiento que aislaba del exterior, deberían haber clausurado las habitaciones que daban a esa zona

Overall it was a pleasant experience. Room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. At times gets noisy. Staff members are very friendly. Great location.
