ホスピタリティが最高でした！お部屋も広過ぎるほどでしたし、洗面所も素敵！

It’s a great hotel.

一番安い部屋に泊まったが、広さも十分。駐車場は目の前で安心。荷物もすぐに運びに来てくれる。ただ安い部屋は入り口及び受付がメインの受付とは別で高級感がゼロ。それが残念。プールは小さいが、バブルバスなどあり、楽しめた。ただし、別館からはレストランを通過したり、結構歩くことになる。カルロビバリの街歩きも楽しいが、街の中心までは歩くと意外と遠く、三十分以上かかる。ホテルは町外れにあると言っても良いが、街歩きも温泉を飲みながら楽しめるので、苦にならない。

Alles bestens

Grand Hotel Pupp is visually stunning and iconic, but the experience was mixed. The hotel is enormous and spread across multiple buildings, which impacts room expectations. We stayed in the older wing but had a modern corner room with a great view—comfortable, though not the historic style we anticipated. Breakfast was excellent and the highlight of the stay. The spa was very busy; my Swedish massage was wonderful, but the facial felt confusing, with limited explanation of products or treatment steps. When I asked to take a photo of the treatment overview, I was told not to and to simply memorize it, which felt unnecessary. Dining service was inconsistent. At the Grand Café, we were rushed throughout a short visit, including having dessert cleared prematurely. At the main restaurant, despite a confirmed window-table reservation, we were initially seated in a corner and asked to stand awkwardly while staff checked with management. Several tables remained empty despite claims of being fully booked. The food was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. Despite the hotel’s James Bond branding, no venue—including the casino or speakeasy—could make a classic martini; the closest option was vodka with ice and lemon. The only well-made classic cocktail we had was a Manhattan at the pub. There was also a persistent sewage odor in common areas during our stay, without acknowledgment from the hotel. Architecturally grand, but service and communication fall short of five-star expectation

Winter wonderland

Just been here for 2 nights, lovely frontage of this Grand Hotel but inside wasva bit disappointing. There was an old musty damp smell in the lobby and other parts of the hotel. The spar was terrible! Its was so full you couldnt get anywhere to hang robes or leave slippers, the fountains weren't working, some parts were only for 2 persons! A small spa for a massive hotel was disgusting. Needs attendants checking areas or limited use time so its more pleasant and healthy. We wouldnt stay again, not worth the money.

Das Zimmer (Modern Room) war wunderschön. Klar das Gebäude ist über 300 Jahre alt und es gibt Gebrauchsspuren. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit könnte für ein 5-Sterne Hotel etwas besser sein. Auf Hotels.com und einer weiteren Plattform wurde das Parken mit „Kostenlos“ angepriesen. Am Ende haben wir aber leider 980 Kronen (ca. 40 Euro) für zwei Tage bezahlt. Das fanden wir Mega schade. Der Spa Bereich wurde mal erneuert und macht einen sehr luxuriösen Eindruck. Allerdings sind in der Sauna alle mit Badekleidung unterwegs gewesen und es gab kein Obst oder andere kleinen Snacks. Das war etwas schade für einen Wellnessaufenthalt. Das Frühstück war groß und richtig gut. Die beiden Bars (besonders die Signature Cocktails) sind das absolute Highlight des Hotels. Die geheime Splendid Bar sollte man auf jeden Fall nach einer vorherigen Reservierung besuchen. Absolut empfehlenswert, wenn man nur ein kleines bisschen James Bond mag und etwas ganz außergewöhnliches erleben mag. Zu allen Signature Cocktails gibt es eine Story, wie es zu den Komponenten kam und diese Story bekommt man auch erzählt. Jeder einzelne Cocktail war eine neue Geschmackserfahrung und mehr als nur empfehlenswert. Die Gesamterscheinung des Hotels begeistert jedes Mal aufs Neue und die Lage macht ein flanieren in Karlsbad zu einem Genuss ohne auf das Auto angewiesen zu sein. Für Karlsbad ist das Grandhotel Pupp eine der absoluten Top-Adressen.
