ホスピタリティが最高でした！お部屋も広過ぎるほどでしたし、洗面所も素敵！

It’s a great hotel.

一番安い部屋に泊まったが、広さも十分。駐車場は目の前で安心。荷物もすぐに運びに来てくれる。ただ安い部屋は入り口及び受付がメインの受付とは別で高級感がゼロ。それが残念。プールは小さいが、バブルバスなどあり、楽しめた。ただし、別館からはレストランを通過したり、結構歩くことになる。カルロビバリの街歩きも楽しいが、街の中心までは歩くと意外と遠く、三十分以上かかる。ホテルは町外れにあると言っても良いが、街歩きも温泉を飲みながら楽しめるので、苦にならない。

さすが五つ星というクオリティ 居心地が良すぎて部屋にこもってしまうというのが悪いところでしょうか… おそらく一番安い部屋でしたが、とても清潔で、広くもなく狭くもなくといったちょうどよい広さです 朝食も普通においしいです

ホテルに滞在する楽しさが揃っている。歴史的な建物保存されただけに見えるが完璧に改装されて近代的な施設が品良く整っていてスパの施設もあり。ホテルを一歩出ると完全に保全された街並。今回は２泊だけでしたが季節が良い時に長期に滞在したい街。映画の舞台に滞在する雰囲気。

部屋は広かったけど殺風景でバスローブやら備品がなく、SPAに行くのも、カジノの前を通っていくなど、設備は全然でした。仕方ないので、SPAでバスローブをリクエストさいたら、部屋にあるはずだと言い張られ、なんだか気分を害しました。バスローブ着てフロントやらカジノ、レストランをうろつく人も多く、雰囲気もイマイチ。フロントでのチェックアウトも、カード払いだとなぜか円だけ、と強硬姿勢でまくしたてられ、なぜ現地通貨のコルナでNGなのか、ユーロ建てで部屋料金も提示してあったのに、結果的に円建ての手数料だけ余計に取られた感じでした。カジノロワイヤル気分味わいたい人は、まあ行ってみるのもいいかもですが、居心地わるいばかりでした。カジノはそれなりイベントやっているようで、ロングドレス＋タキシードでないと、うさんくさくみられる感じです。お高く留まっている感じで、手軽でゆっくりしたい方には向かないでしょう。

Do not miss a visit the the Spa! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Karlovy Vary.

Great overnight stay here from Prague. Took the Flixbus round trip. Incredible hotel. Liked everything about it.. massages in the afternoon. Highly recommend

For a five star hotel you expect the room to be spotless but i found mould in the shower and the fridge wasn’t clean and they told me my room had a forest view there was no forest the only thing i could see is the rooms at the other side of the hotel and the hand towel were stained … and i had to walk to another reception to go to the spa … for me it was over rated.

Our visit was during June and the outside temp was 86. But the a/c had not been turned on in the hotel for the year. Luckily the windows open for some relief.

A very nice hotel with a good location next to the hills and Diana tower. The breakfeast was awesome and the best part of our stay!! The room was ok but we were a bit disappointed with the view (forest view = view to the carbage bins). The room didn't have any ventilation. The spa was a disappointment - too cold normal water and way too hot "finnish" sauna (this was not a finnish way to have a sauna). Unfortunately this hotel was not really worth the money.

Das Personal ist leider bis auf einen Kofferträger und einem Parkwächter nicht für dieses Haus passend. Keine Willkommenskultur für 5 Sterne (wir haben den regulären Preis gezahlt). Anscheinend gibt es viele Angebotsreisen... Das Schwimmbad ist leider sehr klein für dieses große Haus, d.h. früh kommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Man muss bei der Buchung genau aufpassen, welche Kategorie & Haus man bucht. Das Frühstück war angemessen, ohne Besonderheiten. Die Bar hatte leider während unseres Aufenthalts nicht geöffnet.

Amazing place in center of it all. The area around the hotel is loaded with shops and amazing restaurants along the river. The pool and spa were fantastic. Great service and accommodating people.

Amazing! Great service, great city, good food and calm atmosphere. Great bar with fabulous bartenders. Good food at the elegant main restaurant. Nice spa.

Der Aufenthalt war für uns perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Eine super Klimaanlage im Zimmer die man weder hört noch sieht. Eine schöne Spa-Anlage zum entspannen. Am Frühstück wüsste ich nicht was es zu verbessern gäbe - hochwertige Produkte und vielfältiges Speisenangebot. Preis-Leistung absolut top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zimmer und Lage sind top. Alle Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe und eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Das Essen vom roomservice war auch eher unterdurchschnittlich .
