部屋が清潔で過ごしやすかった。

チェックインから荷物の預かりなどなどすべてがスムーズに笑顔で対応してくれた。 部屋の作りも値段相応、窓からはサグラダファミリアも見えます。湯沸かしポットもついてるし、浴槽がシャワーとは別に設置してあるので快適だった。シャワーもレインフォール付き。 スパも併設されているが、かなり、質の高い施設だった。ハマム、サウナ、様々なシャワーアトラクション。特におすすめなのは豪雨レベルの大量のお湯が落ちてくるレインフォール。

きれいなホテルで朝食もおいしく、スタッフの方の対応も気持ち良く満足できました。 ただ、部屋に入るとすぐ浴槽がオープンに設置されてる感じなので、1人がお風呂に入っている間はトイレはもちろん、部屋の出入りもしにくい感じでした。 あと、地下鉄の駅からも近く便利ではありますが、あまり土地柄はよくない感じでした。 一人歩きは控えたい雰囲気です。

部屋の大きさも、清潔感も良く、サグラダファミリアが見える部屋はGOOD スリッパとバスローブがなかったので、あると良い。

This hotel was the perfect location to stay while attending Primavera Sound music festival -- only 3 metro stops away from Parc Del Forum. Everything about our stay was perfect. The hotel breakfast was a major highlight!

The rooms and the spa were great. Much bigger spa than I’ve seen in any hotel spa I’ve seen before.

The room was very nice and the hotel is close to many things such as the beach and Sagrada Família. We kids were just sad the pool wasn’t open, but it was being repaired so we understood.

lors de la réservation, je n'avais pas lu que dans les petites lignes, que la petite piscine extérieure était en travaux. Par rapport au tarif de la chambre, il faudrait préciser que l'accès au spa est payant (20€), le parking de l'hôtel aussi (20€). certains produits de l'espace SPA n'ont pas été réparés depuis longtemps (rampe du j'acuzzi, parcours de différent jets, etc... Par rapport à mes pécédentes visites, le choix des produits du petit déjeuner donne une impression d'économie. il n'y a rien à dire sur la qualité des chambres, sauf qu'avant il y avait une offre de petits produits de soins, à la salle de bain, qui ont disparus. Chacun se fera son idée, ma proposition pour les futurs clients, réserver le plus longtemps à l'avance afin d'obtenir le tarif le plus bas.

C’était excellent

Good and bad. Area is not touristy. Spa and hot tub are extra. Pool area under construction. Restaurant excellent and welcome sangria marvelous. Wifi didnt work well. Room was like a sauna. Must leave a key in room to keep ac running all day while you are out. Never got cool but could sleep.

First of all they gave us two single beds room in which bed’s mattress was very uncomfortable and we both had very severe backache next morning. Even when we requested after check inn to change our room the reception refused us . Breakfast was okay not very bad but not continental breakfast.

Lovely hotel, very spacious room. The spa was great, loved the different steam rooms, saunas and relax room. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Barcelona.

Camera molto funzionale, e comoda, buono il livello di pulizia. Colazione internazionale ottima. Buona la SPA anche se alcune cose andrebbero sistemate. Personale molto accogliente e professionale. Nel complesso il giudizio e molto positivo. Unica nota negativa è la sua posizione in quanto un pò periferica e la zona è un pò degradata.

The breakfast was good

Le spa , n'était pas inclus, l'état général du spa n'est pas extraordinaire, les photos sont plus sympathiques que la réalité. Le tarif du spa reste modéré 17€ par personne. Le reste de l'hôtel est très bien, les chambres sont très agréables.

We stayed in a suite that had bunk beds and found the bedding to be wonderful. The bathroom is only accessible through the main bedroom so it was not ideal in my opinion. We did not have time to visit the spa so I cannot speak to that.

Chambre propre, personnel souriant et agréable, un bon petit déjeuner. Un parking étroit mais très pratique. Un bon conseil pour un restaurant typique catalan. Un matin sans eau chaude vite résolue.

Upptäckte efter två nätter att det fanns vägglöss i sängen. Fick byta rum mitt i natten. Hotellet bekostade tvätt av kläder och återbetalning. Bodde i rum 1601.

Location was excellent. Staff was friendly. Rooms were excellent - modern and clean!!

Very clean, quiet, and nice to have access to the spa after travel from US. GREAT stay with adult children because it is 2 rooms.
