普通のアパートメントを活用したミニ ホテルだったので、少し戸惑いましたけれども、部屋は快適でした。朝食用にパンも用意されていて大変ありがたかったです。

宿の方が親切で、設備も綺麗で過ごしやすく、また、場所も旧市街地に近くベストでした。オススメします。

全部で8室のミニホテル。民宿みたいなものでしょうか。　施設は古くて狭かったですが、ホストが懇切丁寧にペルージャ初心者の私に色々な情報を教えてくれましたので、安心して旅行ができました

部屋はリノベーションされていて、とてもきれいでした。スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。また機会があったら泊まりたいと思います。

とても可愛くて素敵なホテルでした。 携帯電話の充電器を忘れてしまったといったところ、快く貸していただけました。それ以外にも、困っていることなどないかと常に気にかけてくださいました。 部屋も広くて快適で、シャワールームとトイレにも困った点はありませんでした。 (ヨーロッパではどこでもそうですが、トリートメントはありませんでした。ドライヤーもありましたが風量が心もとないので、髪の長い女性は持参してもいいと思います。) 朝食もおいしく種類豊富で満足しました。 wifiも困りませんでした。 また機会があれば宿泊したいです。

従業員の方達はみなさんとても親切で感じが良く、話しやすかったです。また、部屋も綺麗で水周りも改装されていて新しく、清潔感がありました。

部屋はかなり綺麗で、手入れも行き届いていました。 最上階テラスからはウンブリアの山々が一望できます。 スタッフは英語を話し、こちらの拙い英語も理解しようと努めてくれました。 値段は最安値ホテルよりは高いですが、その分のクオリティはありました。 唯一、ホテルの一部分の工事が重なり、騒音がありましたが、精一杯フォローを受けました。

I absolutely loved the Primavera! The location is perfect with an easy walk to everything… I had a lovely room with a beautiful view over the rooftops of the town. Super clean and charming. The staff there were so kind and helpful, especially Chiara. Who spent way more time than she had to helping me find train routes to small towns outside of the city on numerous occasions. She couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Do not hesitate to book this mini hotel. The value that you will be getting cannot be beat.

The owner and staff were extraordinarily helpful with personalized attention concerning touring the area. Rooms spotless and functional (adjustable bed for elevated head or feet). No elevator so only stay if you can climb stairs to your room. Great views from room.

Hotel, con excelente ubicación, pero debido a a estar en el centro histórico por restricción legal no tiene elevador. La atención, muy buena, magnífica explicación y orientación de lugares de interés.

This hotel room, service, and overall experience were phenomenal! Chiara was very communicative and accommodating, but Jimena, whom met me at the time I arrived, was simply the best! She gave me lots of information about local transportation and how to get to places, as well as great tips for tourism. I'm not sure what I was expecting as far as the room, but the room was simply excellent! It was modern, very clean, very comfortable bed, outstanding showerhead and features, great bathroom, snack bar, and water. It was extremely comfortable, clean, and overall wonderful people that made my stay much better than expected. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Tutto perfetto, posizione splendida, a meno che non si abbiano problemi di deambulazione perché è al 2° piano senza ascensore.

Che dire? Un'esperienza meravigliosa. La gentilezza di Chiara e il marito, persone che non hanno soli in gestione un hotel familiare, ma hanno la missione di far sentire a casa i loro ospiti. La mia stanza era piccola perché viaggiavo da sola, ma sono stata benissimo e ci torneró. Consiglio a tutti questa struttura, per la cura estetica, la posizione, ma soprattutto l'umanitá meravigliosa di queste persone. Grazie di cuore. Angela

A lovely little hotel in a great part of the city. Totally deserves its outstanding rating. Great value for money with a small but comfy room. Chiara was amazing, really friendly and helpful. She also showed me the top floor room with terrace. Spectacular! I’d probably spend the extra for that. Note that the hotel has two flights of stairs but they are very friendly and offer to carry bags.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from the historic center and the University of Perugia. The hosts, Chiara and Roberto, were exceptionally kind and went out of their way to help me during my visit. I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future!

Small, clean, tidy, and well-kept room. Staff were kind and responded promptly. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!
