メインストイートの近くなのでどこに行くにも便利でした。ホテル内で食事もできますし、近くにレストランもあります。部屋は清潔で綺麗です。

It is easy to access to the central , such as the square of revolution and the national museum , but cozy and quiet location with the reasonable price. There is also nice breakfast .

Lovely hotel, very varied breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location. Under the beds in the room had a lot of old food/rubbish, the rest of the hotel was spotless. Sadly the mattresses were rock solid so not very comfortable but good overall and especially for the price.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Good choices at the breakfast buffet.

The room was good, but what stood out here was the amazing staff. Carmen at reception was amazingly friendly and had great advice. The food at the restaurant was also amazing. Try the Romanian traditional dishes for dinner and grilled vegetables. The service from Diana in the restaurant was superb. Lasty, be sure and order breakfast buffet! OMG - my Mom said was the best in her 78 years. Veggies, fruit, cheeses, meats.

Restaurant was great for both breakfast and supper. Very tasty food and supper was at a reasonable price. Room nice and very helpful staff.

Estancia de 1 noche en Bucarest y primera experiencia con un hotel de Rumania y en su capital. Destaco dos cosas positivas: su ubicación, muy cerca de la calle de la Victoria, la principal de Bucarest y bastante céntrico, por tanto; y su excelente desayuno, tipo buffet, con bastante variedad, perfecto estándar europeo continental, aunque con café hecho en máquinas y que no está mal, aunque podría ser mejor. De aspecto negativo destaco la relación-precio de la habitación: una cama con un colchón muy duro y en la que no funcionaba ni la nevera pequeña, ni el aire acondicionado correctamente. Pero lo que menos me gusta es la poca amabilidad del personal. Ya hemos visto que los rumanos solo son amables si te van a vender algo y a la hora de cobrar, pero ya está. El estándar de gentileza y amabilidad (ya no digo simpatía, porque sé que los europeos del sur estamos por encima del resto de Europa) no es el mismo que en Cataluña, España o Europa del sur y occidental, en general, pero esperaba que los rumanos (por su lengua romance) se parecieran más a nosotros que a los europeos del Este y no es así, se parecen mucho al resto de la Europa del Este y a su poca simpatía. El personal fue correcto pero nada más. Ni un triste saludo a la hora de marcharnos, no te preguntan nada a la hora del check-out, no te explican demasiadas cosas (sólo las normas del hotel, eso sí, para que te queden claras pero nada de sus servicios).Volvería al hotel por un precio razonable pero buscaría algo mejor.

Muy buena estancia en general, hotel muy bien situado, zona muy segura y muchos sitios para comer. Recepción un chico q ha vivido en España varios años era super amable y nos dio muchas facilidades. Lo recomiendo.

Nice hotel...great location...water pressure in shower isn't good...breakfast was OK but orange juice isn't fresh...very clean & ok otherwise

While the location, service, and breakfast were certainly highlights, the facility itself felt a bit outdated. A refresh of the decor and amenities would significantly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, the hotel's entrance was somewhat hidden and lacked a proper offloading area, which could be a minor inconvenience upon arrival and departure.
