全てに於いて大満足でした。窓からは海が見えて朝日が昇っていくのを見ることができました。予約時の問い合わせメールにも早々のお返事をいただきました。スタッフ全員がいつも笑顔で、ホテルにレストランがあるにもかかわらず、他レストランをお聞きすると気持ちよく教えていただいたり（とても美味しいレストランでした）。お部屋にはウエルカムスナックも用意してあり、清潔でバスタオルもアメニティも歯ブラシも十分揃っていました。朝食は豊富な品揃えでホットミールも十分にあり、特に巣箱蜂蜜はとても美味しかったです。素晴らしいホテルでした。

とにかく立地が良い。嫌なとこがあまりない。

ザダルの観光地に近く、便利です。フロントの方も質問に丁寧に答えてくれたので助かりました。

エレガントなインリア で整えられた部屋、その窓から眺める朝日に輝く川の美しさは、忘れることが出来ません。 いつかこのホテルにゆっくり滞在 することを夢見ています。

今回、車でホテルに行きましたが、所要道路からだと、看板が出ていて、簡単にホテルに辿りつけます。入り口のバーは工事していましたが、それ以外問題はありませんでした。朝食は従業員が少なく、ちょっと淋しい感じでした。ホテルに書類を忘れてしまったのですが、次の日宿泊のホテルから問い合わせると、きちんととってあって、その日のバス便で送ってくださいました。普通なら、ゴミと思って捨ててしまいそうな紙の束でしたが、その中に大事なものが入っていたので、本当に助かりました。とてもありがたかったです。

Un accueil très sympathique, l’hôtel est très bien situé et un parking est disponible. Une très belle chambre dotée d'une sdb spacieuse et propre. Malgré ces belles prestations, un prix un peu élevé.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect location not far from the Sea Organ. Amazing customer service and great breakfast. Highly recommending the Bastion hotel.

Best boutique hotel in old town Zadar

The heat and AC was centrally controlled and it was sooo hot but couldn’t adjust the temperature

Excellent location (just blocks from Bell Tower and Sea Organ)! Staff was fantastic with restaurant recommendations which were appreciated. Rooms were very clean and accommodating. Views over the harbor just added to the overall great experience we had in Zadar. Breakfast (and bar) staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

The location is amazing. The staff were very helpful. The room was very nice and everything was clean.

Lovely historic hotel with a perfect location. The staff was amazing! From helping us park the car, get around the city, or serving us a wonderful breakfast, we felt right at home and very happy. I would easily return here on our next trip to Zadar!

The staff was amazing. Ivan, at check in, walked out to our car to greet us and he was wonderful. He told us of all the places to visit in his area as well as other places that are a must see on our visit throughout Croatia. He was cheerful and informative. The service and the staff at the restaurant were the best I have had on my travels throughout Croatia. I give this hotel a 10/10.

Hotel was spotless. Very clean. Staff is very happy and helpful. Breakfast is a la carte and very well done. Location is in old town near the water. Parking was right out front
